Forgive my sperging, mostly because I'm bored and Russ aint producing much to laugh at right now.

Even in a lot of the shittiest of apartments, you have to show either proof of income or a co-sign/guarantor, so my theory is mom and dad co-signed his lease.

The job market is pretty rough in Clark county right now, as I mentioned several pages back. Unemployment in the service sector is improving, but that means better qualified applicants will be selected before the coolest guy you'll ever meet, Russel Greer even gets a glance, and then a startled double take.

---- The following is purely my autistic speculation ----

Vegas has a fairly large LDS population. I wonder if calls were made and favors called in to find him a job. It gets him out of SLC, it gets him away from anyone who would have had issues with him in the past, it gets him a job, it gets him away from Erica, it makes him someone else's problem.

---- end autistic speculation ----

tl;dr: Russ, do something stupid so we can all laugh at you some more

Getting caught up but doesn't Moebius have a pretty serious effect on his eyes? As in, he can't move them laterally. There's no way he can drive; he wouldn't have the range of vision and reflexes to pass a test.

Also VIVA TARD VEGAS, BABY!!!!
I think you seriously overestimate how hard these tests are.

I wonder if his parents encouraged him to move to another state so he wouldn't be near Erika. He never ever thinks he's wrong, so I wouldn't be surprised if his parents had to constantly dissuade him from contacting her to "explain himself." If he's in another state, he's less of an immediate threat to her. Then again, he's such an idiot he may think the conditions of his probation don't apply in Nevada. This is Russ, so I'm sure it's just a matter of time before he gets arrested for something else in Vegas.

Plus, the fired employee would then be eligible for unemployment benefits, and that costs the business owner, too (computed as a percentage of total UI cases).
Pretty sure it's less than a million dollar sexual harassment suit where you already admitted you deliberately let it happen.

Absolutely, and I’m fairly surprised they didn’t have an EEOC case/state agency case opened over it - but lower tier management in retail may have been unaware/untrained in how to deal with it, and just cut his shifts down and warned away potential victims, sadly.

He apparently always does push his luck too far, fortunately.

Welcome. I assume you'll be taking the time to acquaint yourself with Greer's magnum opus, "Why I Sued Taylor Swift: And How I Became Falsely Known As Frivolous, Litigious and Crazy." When you're done with that, I strongly suggest you also make a close reading Greer's earlier works, "Manifesto of the Mile-High Neon" and "Why I'm Making It Legal for Your 18 Year Old Daughter to Get In Bed with a Complete Stranger for Only 500 Bucks: A Short Essay from a Pro Se Litigant who is Challenging the Utah Brothel Bans." Much like "The Sorrows of Young Werther" throws new light on "Faust," these earlier publications help put Greer's later, and better known, works in proper context.
Don't forgot his joyful romp of a Holocaust story: October Uprising
If Anne Frank were alive, well, I bet she would would suck him his penis despite being 15

And mercilessly killed by Nazis, she's a cutie!

I'm sorry, what?

Is this man trying to perv over a murdered Jewish teenager who died in one of the worst genocides known to man and using an attempt to exterminate an entire ethno-religious group to flog a shitty book? I'm not even a Jew and I'm offended.

It's worse. He apparently thinks that the death camps weren't all that bad, and the Jews just couldn't leave. It's offensive in the extreme and I'm not Jewish either.

*shakes head*

When your take about the Shoah is so horrible that you manage to offend Kiwifarms, you know it's a shit take

Because in his mind, her struggles were nothing compared to living with a gimpy face in 1st class civilization as opposed to war-torn Germany.

If you think this is offensive just read the manuscript for his shitty play about the Holocaust, in which it's basically a summer camp with dancing and singing and off-the-wall sex.

It really depends on the state, or even the country. In Germany, you not only need to prove to be competent at driving need to know how to fix a flat, change your oil, do basic maintenance, etc. While in Sout Korea, all you need to do is pass a written test, drive straight a few blocks, do a U-turn, and then drive back to where you started.

I'm surprised he got a driver's license, since just about everybody fails their test the first time, and failure is not an option for Russ. When he does fail, he doesn't try again; he sues them for discrimination.

Even in situations like that, it can be a bitch to terminate an employee sometimes. You need to document the hell out of everything regarding their offenses and unprofessional behavior to build a solid case supporting your move to terminate them. Because if your ass isn't sufficiently covered, then you'll be paying for their unemployment checks, or they'll slap you with a wrongful termination suit where a judge may award them a large sum of money and/or force you to give them their job back. Especially when you're dealing with someone like Russhole who can pull the "they discriminated against me because of my disability" card to make their position more secure. You want to make sure you can pull out all the reports and paperwork that show their termination was completely justified and appropriate.
This, all of this, PL but fuck Walmart, I had to put up with this old fucking asshole who made everyone's life miserable when he worked there. HR couldn't do anything because he claimed disability.

UNTIL he fucked up, and started using a sexually explicit nickname the backroom stocking workers gave him on a black female employee, who immediately went to HR. HR summarily terminated him without question. He then came back five days later thinking everything was fine, until the store manager told him to fuck off for being a liability.

He tried reapplying years later, but enough employees complained that they rejected him, after that I think his smelly ass got the picture.

When I worked there, we had a guy who insisted he couldn't be fired for any reason because he was autistic. Management tolerated him until he followed a female customer into the bathroom and refused to leave until she gave him her number. He was fired on the spot, and despite threats, he never sued us. He did file for unemployment but the company contested it and he didn't get it. Russ seems to wield disability the same way, despite being fired for cause several times.

Funny enough, I knew a guy who fucked up in a similar way, but his case was that he told to go clean the woman's restroom, and neglected to check for customers, and he was so angry and raving over cleaning the woman's restroom (It's fucking nasty, ngl), this old woman sat there in a bathroom stall scared out of her wits until he left. He immediately got booted.
