Well, how it is in the states, and particularly Arizona, is very important as to whether it was a reasonable use of force, but I'm pretty sure it was. Baked was blocking the point of entry to a business, for absolutely no good reason, and with no legal justification, and the bouncer is literally a guy whose job it is to keep that point of entry working while allowing approved customers to enter while removing undesirables, like Baked. People with this job generally are legally allowed to use reasonable force in carrying out their duties. Just shoving off some retard is well within what he was allowed to do. It's not like he stomped this dumb bastard to death. He just removed him from the property with the least amount of force necessary.

Then the dude took two loads of pepper spray straight in the face and barely even reacted to it. This bouncer is a fucking hero. Let's just disregard legal bullshit for a minute. This guy is a badass. Two loads of pepper spray in the face. Everyone around is coughing and choking on it. He's just "you just committed chemical assault. I am calling the police."

Gionet claimed that the bouncer was advancing on him and he was "in fear of his life" when he deployed the pepper spray.

Police then showed Gionet a video of the confrontation and he laughed when it showed him and his friends making homophobic and derogatory remarks towards the bouncer.

When the officer asked if the video would show the bouncer advancing towards Gionet, he said another angle would be needed. When the officer said the video showed the whole encounter, Gionet said he no longer wanted to speak with the officer.

Shit like this is why I think Baked is a monster on the inside. These responses - minus laughing at the clip of him saying faggot - are pretty much exactly what you should say in this situation if you want to get off, and Baked stops talking at the point where it is smart to do so. These are pre-planned, Baked knows what he's doing and has prepared himself accordingly.

He's either going to get himself or someone else seriously injured or killed at some point, and it's going to be on livestream.

Baked has an elementary understanding of the law at best (which pretty much begins and ends at talking to the police is a bad idea) but I don't think I'd give him too much credit as he did this crime in the first place and then livestreamed it to several thousand people. Honestly it's just a matter of time until one of these idiots drops a bunch of slurs then assaults someone and ends up with a hate crime attachment and some big boy time out.

Since we live in a highly litigious society, it's important to know the tricks that bouncers use to legally cover their ass when they're about to smack the shit out of someone. If a bouncer leans in close to you and shouts "Stop blocking my entrance" three times, it means he's getting ready to kick your ass and is making sure people hear him tell you that you are creating a safety hazard so that you can't sue him or the bar.
That's exactly what this bouncer did. If Baked is blocking an entrance/exit to the establishment and a fire breaks out or gang members start shooting each other, Baked is now preventing the other patrons from safely escaping. None of that was happening in reality, but in the eyes of the law it means that Baked had no legal grounds to sue if he actually got hurt.
If the bouncer kicked his ass just for being a dick, Baked might have a case against the bar and bouncer. Since the bouncer made it a safety issue that affected everyone in the bar, Baked lost any standing he would have had in court if he ended up getting his face broken.

The guy is a retard, as an overall package, and yes shutting up is just basic. However, what I took note of too was the story he tried to spin about being in fear for his safety - this is essentially what you are meant to say when acting in self-defense, and deviating from this can often drop people in it. This shows some degree of pre-planning on what to do when he is caught. Which in turn suggests to me that Baked isn't doing this because he has a lack of self-control, he is actively going out there looking to mace people for shekels.
