There has been peak retard SJW happening in Portland this week, and it’s quite the story. Buckle up.
As I write there is a tiny section of the city fully barricaded and protected by armed anarchists. It is called the Red House Autonomous Zone. Several layers of caltrops and fortified walls are set up around an old house built in the 1800s, to protect a black family from eviction. There have been public fights with the cops, and earlier tonight was the first gunfire in a neighborhood. An eviction, during a pandemic, for a black family in Portland? Must be some impoverished poor black family with no money, being hurt by SyStEmIc RaCiSm, right?
It starts in 2002. William Kinney, at 17 years old gets drunk on a lunch break from school, drives a car without a license, and drives 45mph through a stop sign to T-bone a car and kill an elderly 83 year old man who was with his wife. The man ran a used book store, spent his free time helping the homeless, and was all around a good person.
The Kinney family decides their son was innocent, and takes a loan out with the house in question as collateral. The house had been fully paid off for decades, and owned outright by the family. They took out around $120k in equity from the house, when citing only $20k in legal expenses, and still ultimately took a plea bargain with no attempt to fight the case in court. Just in case you think this shows the extent to how retarded the family is, it’s only starting.
The son goes to prison, and while in prison is taught about the sovereign citizen ideology, namely the Moorish sovereign citizen off-branch which claims that black people are a higher race than the rest of the people in the US, and some of the Moor sovcits actually think they’re not slaves imported from Africa, but descended from an ancient tribe of Moors who sailed to America during the Roman era and settled in the new world, creating an indigenous Native tribe of black Moors (this is important.) He leaves prison and starts calling himself William X. Nietzche after the philosopher (yes this is misspelled.)
The first documented case of his ideology is in 2007, when he is caught driving without a license and smoking crack cocaine. He tells police that he committed no crimes since he is “above the law and sovereign to himself.”
Eventually the son decides to apply sovereign citizen ideology to the loan, and when they got a notice that their loan was sold to a new company he replied telling them that the loan was null and void after the transfer. After a year of not paying the loan, a government agency which helps people try to keep their home wanted to help the family. This is the reply of William Nietzsche

As expected, the family lost the house. It was sold in 2018, and the family spent two years filing fraudulent lawsuits against anyone they could. This situation also resulted in William Nietzsche and his friend Empreror Omari Jibri storming an empty court room, replacing the US flag with a Moorish sovereign citizen flag, and attacking a judge while wearing a fake Native American headdress. It also resulted in this legal letter from Nietzche which needs to be quoted in full
“On December 26, 2018, Plaintiffs recorded a purported Quitclaim Deed purporting to transfer the Property from the Kinneys to Mr. Nietzche as Trustee of the KRME Trust for the consideration of 21 silver dollars. This Quitclaim Deed was titled "Quitclaim Deed Allodial Aboriginal Paramount Clear Perfect Title of Conveyance/Transfer of Hereditaments Corporeal and Incorporeal to Private Trust." It was 12 pages and cited some canons of positive law, sections of the U.N. Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and a letter from George Washington. It was served on Defendants MTGLQ, U.S. Bank Trust, Rushmore, MERS, UHD, Clear Recon, and Barrister. It also was served on the Governor of Oregon, the Oregon Attorney General, the Oregon Secretary of State, the Mayor of the City of Portland, the Multnomah County Clerk, the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office, the Archdiocese of Portland, and the "SSKTR Chief Custodial Minister" in Sweden.”

In September of this year, after the Black Lives Matter protests died off and the Kinney family was barred from being able to file new lawsuits, the family was served final evacuation and police came to escort them off. They recorded a 26 minute video which is entirely unflattering to them, and posted on their own personal youtube. It’s mostly Nietzche threatening cops that he’ll shoot them as they calmly try to explain that they’re being evicted.
The family, after being kicked out, returned to the house to squat, and slowly gathered BLM support from people who think black people are incapable of recognizing their bad actions, and accepted their arguments by face value. But even then, nothing big happened until this Tuesday when the cops tried to evict again and a massive fight broke out between cops and Leftist activists who somehow are supporting sovereign citizens.

Since the fight on Tuesday, anarchists have been building barricades while reporters have dug into the story. They have found info such as:
- William X Nietzche has been reported multiple times to the police for animal abuse and beating dogs in full public view of the street
- The family has claimed in their online posts that this is their only house, and they will be forced homeless. So, to recap: black sovereign citizens, who are documented as being animal abusers and lying about Native ancestry, lost their home due to failing to pay a loan used for legal fees when their son killed an elderly man. The house was used as a rental property to generate income. They have successfully convinced anarchists and Leftists to support sovereign citizen landlords as a fight for black & Native American gentrification, leading to physical brawls with the cops and fundraising over $300,000 for the family (the house is valued at $260,000), and taking over multiple city blocks that’s waiting to become the SJW Waco Incident.
