I always groan whenever I see hormone blockers being romanticized for minors. Yes, kids who are transgender exist, and I hope that they have the support they need, but that’s the thing—they’re kids. Their brains haven’t developed fully, and I think it’s safe to assume that most kids don’t understand the long lasting effects that transitioning can have. There are so many cases of kids who thought they were trans (or their parents thought they were trans) who began transitioning, only to regret it when they were older. A little power level I guess but I understand how bad gender dysphoria can be, it sucks, but it’s much safer to wait until you fully understand what you’re getting into.

Wasn't there recently a situation where a teen had to detransition because they were wrongfully diagnosed, and that was used as a precedent to legally age restrict hormonal and surgical transition to 16+ or 18+?

This happens a lot in SJW/Tumblr art. Any character or flair gets worn off in favor of becoming genderblobs with eye-searing colors.

2018 is pretty good, just needs some better work with the faces. 2020 has way too many colors going on, and there's no solid element of contrast for the eye to latch onto.

How do so many people manage to regress in art, I don't get it. I can understand trying to replicate your favourite twitter/instagram fanartists, but do you get worse in composition, colours and lineart? Like, I get when your skill regresses if you don't practice often enough, but how do you lose taste?
