One of the first things you want to look for when you show your art is criticism. People with a more trained eye and more experience than you can pinpoint your most obvious mistakes and tell you how to address it. It's one of the best ways to seek advice and have a semblance of guidance when it comes to learning.OMG, YES! I've seen this around so much in art circles! Or worse, outright ban criticism because they want a fake sense of accommodation and inclusion.
Banning criticism just makes people stagnate thinking that their stuff is 100% ok despite their obvious flaws and mistakes.
I've seen a few things here and there, but nothing worth noting. I mean, most SJWs stay away from it because "Hurr naughty robot sexy Durr" without even knowing the themes of the game (imperfection, what means to be human, loss of identity...) and they probably know even less about the original Nier and how it affected Automata. And let's not even ask them about Drakengard 1, the game where a woman kills herself so her brother doesn't know of her incestuous desires and the main character is a mute genocidal maniac that rides a terribly racist dragon.I've been Wondering has anyone found any SJW art of Nier automata or the Nier Franchise?
I've been wondering if it's Niche enough to the SJW crowd to be spared from the onslaught.
One of the points i've heard some time ago is how one of the points of the plot was completely botched in order to appease SJW logic. This would be Cat-Ra's relationship with her gf, which was a terribly abusive relationship in which Cat-Ra was the abuser.Heard that show and its fanbase are nothing but SJW trash.
