Regarding the apparent and imminent repeal of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and the future of this website.

I'm glad 230 is safe for the next five minutes from bipartisan retardation, but don't let the retards' retardation retard you
And remember, the failure to repeal here came largely from Trump's utter incompetence at managing Congress. If he'd done it smarter (like by sneakily introducing it into the NDAA process while it was in committee in the House), he'd probably have gotten away with it. Luckily, he is a fucking retard.

I believe techs earned some good boy points with the handling of the Hunter Biden debacle; they showed they could still help to maintain status quo or even go further and be pivotal to it: if this fact checking fad is here to stay, they could be more efficient on disseminating approved narratives than the MSM.

Exactly. In this instance it worked out in our favor.

Dude, even I can tell its over.

Did they won through fraud? Yes
Do they just showed to us they can get away with it? Yes
Will we just have to accept and properly out all the retards that allow this to happen when they complain? Yes

Trump lost unfairly but he still lost. Our system is fucked and the whole world will follow through.

Democracy truly is dead.
Like it's been said before, to overturn the phony election on the grounds of election rigging would expose even more than they already have how busted the system has been since 2006.

That would mean exposing all the flaws and, worse still, exposing the DNC as having tacitly or actively engaged in it.
Republicans and Democrats are the only real parties in power, and you're going to expose half of that two-party system like rats under a bright light?

If the thing was rigged--it was, but I mean if it's officially recognized and acted upon--politicians would need to
1. Address and fix the compromised aspects that led to this
2. Criminally investigate everyone who was provably involved even on a micro level
3. Begin a massive fishing net-like investigation of social media companies, financially invested parties, etc. who were related to it in any way
4. Voter IDs, etc. etc.
5. Institute a new system that doesn't have compromises which both the Reps and Dems could make use of, in effect securing a real fair election system

You know what all that takes? It takes politicians, leglisators of at least the highest branches of government having the steel spine and stalwart righteous heart of a living saint unafraid of losing the comfy comfy they got from the system, electronic and social, currently at play. It means men putting themselves up to the fire and charging through at the cost of so much comfort and indulgence just for the sake of virtues, ideals as "righteousness", "truth" and or heck, even just old fashioned classical patriotism.

Basically, it'd mean work. Hard work.
What Trump & Friends are doing, albeit for their own end, is ultimately forcing the call for true and protacted hard work.
No one, especially not anyone in government, likes to work.

That's why Null should really know better than to be surprised at how the GOP is rather veering from Trump, certainly now. Nobody wants to do work. They would rather lay down and get the election rape so they can just go back to eating hookers, snorting cake and railing blow.

TL;DR Only an actual miracle by God could change/move anything now.
Only the intellectually and willfully retarded are denying the reality of what took place, since it suits them "cuz Orange Man Bad", but ever since Orange Man started actually fighting back the system's been getting ripples, murmurs that the fat cats of both parties might actually have to do something real for once. Dems don't want to lose. Reps don't want to work.

I mean, for crying out loud Youtube has started a mass censorship campaign on ALL videos that specifically talk about the election being stolen via election fraud, even vids just reporting on other people saying it, not to mention that stuff with Facebook.
If anyone really questioned if there was mass collusion on a rigged election against Trump, this move by Silicon Valley alone would prove it.

It's like the Holocaust all over again. You can't question anything specific otherwise you get censored. Like, no, you retarded guilt-riddled German sissy, I'm not saying Jews weren't targeted and massacred by the millions in many ways, even in gas chambers. I'm just saying that, factually, rationally, the literal "Jewish shrunken heads" and "Jew skin lampshades" bits are provably retarded and the myth of Jew soap bars was already debunked, even by a documentary from a Jewish--

I'm not quite sure why everyone's acting like Trump was the only threat to 230.
Yeah Biden is (or at least was) on the same "repeal 230" bandwagon because he's just as big of a boomer moron. But... Trump's play was the kind of hail mary that is more immediately troubling. Biden is gonna have a hundred priorities to deal with and isn't going to shit all over them all because someone made fun of him on twitter. Big net will be stuffing money into lots of pockets to water down anything that attacks 230 and now that Trump made such a big deal of it the whole subject might be radioactive.

Some of the articles I saw said that both Republicans and Democrats are still interested in a Section 230 repeal, but that Republicans who passed the bill didn't think that it should be done at this time.

I would still keep an eye out on this, maybe for the duration of 2021.

How much time do I need to tell you people ? Always trust my crystal ball, even when it's unlikely as fuck or looking like I'm going against all odds.

Like I said earlier, we clear.
I told "Fearless Leader" the same thing and he barely stopped wringing his hands in panic long enough to tell me I was wrong.

I'm hoping that Tulsi Gabbard's reform bill that gives Section 230 some actual teeth will pass. It's not the best for reform, but it's an improvement to Section 230.

If it involves gassing all trannies I hope it gets put to a plebiscite.

Too long didn’t read.

A veto is actually a veto in other countries, not the useless symbolic shit it apparently is in the USA. Maybe that explains the confusion.
What the fuck are you talking about?

A president can veto an action, like legislation, unless 2/3 of both houses of congress vote to override the veto. This is called "checks and balances" my retarded euro friend. Unlimited veto power would give the executive too much authority.

I know big tech can afford to lose 230 but I wish enough bluechecks would start a classic “educational left wing meme” and start a narrative that revoking 230 is a “pro Trump” move. Making it untouchable for Democrats.

but alas, the more money you have seems to directly collocate with how ok you are with losing 230. Regardless what your politics are.

Tulsi is my waifu but I know she's gonna lose any political power a few months from now and her reform would be dead in the water.

As if the progressives don't want it too. The people you're talking about are for ridding the internet of everywhere that isn't some shithole they control with an iron fist.

Man, you could be typing everything I agree with, but the fact that literally every one of your posts is a giant spergy wall of text makes me not read it.
Consolidate, faggot.
Con-So-Li-Date
Do it. At this point it just looks like you enjoy reading your own posts like an autismo
Check my other posts when I'm not writing about serious stuff then, or when I'm being a bit extra silly. Plus I'm hardly the only one on the site who writes big posts.
