Accusing someone of having a mental illness without FACTS, like an actual diagnosis from someone with a Master's/PhD is defamation. Even then, sharing someones medical records publicly would be a HIPPA violation
We do have FACTS, but I'm glad to see you continue to not know what FACTS are and are not. Likewise, our stating you have NPD or some related cluster B disorder cannot be defamation for several reasons. Firstly, only in the loosest of senses would this be considered a published statement. Secondly, it must have cost you a tangible IE- Financial injury. Thirdly, the statement must be false and we do not believe the statement to be false.
Lastly, you can't defame someone's good character when they have none to begin with.
With regards to HIPAA, one P, two A's, Pam, it's only a violation of HIPAA for a privileged holder to release or rather fail to secure that information. If someone unrelated steals your records, hands them to a third party, and the third party reveals them, the third party has not violated HIPAA, nor has the second party, regardless of whatever crimes were committed in stealing your records. If you were to slip up and give us that information, whatever we did to it would not be a violation of HIPAA because you released your details and none of us are beholden to keep it secured.
