So basically, the progression of Kevin and his public attitude towards his surgery and general situation goes along the lines of:

Based on my own experience of doing a slight fuck up that made me feel bad and trying shoddily fixing it I am convinced that Kevin's declining attitude towards his new vagina hasn't been a slow and steady one.

It is @NSalamanderFW and it isn't very interesting, all he does is retweet other people's stuff these days. I think there are a couple of photos of his own on there? But it's nothing we haven't seen before and no amhole shots.
