Lolcow Melinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.

Unless the judge actually enjoys this shite, he'd do well to dismiss it (w/prejudice) on merit rather than service or venue, which will only give her more ideas for next lolsuit. Otherwise he'll have her in front of him within a month for some bullshit or other
Hopefully she gets dragged into prison this time. It would be the only way @TamarYaelBatYah would learn her lesson. Hey Melinda you ever been arrested?

Just for shits and giggles: Let's say Smelly DID hire a PI... no no hear me out...bottom barrel rate is $65 USD/hr. Now Smelly is on here on average 3 hrs per day. For 9 months, now. That means she spent roughly $52, 650.00 this year on a PI to "own" us.
Certainly she'd be asking the court to order Josh to pay the costs of that, right?
Strangely, enough, she isn't. Surely she can provide receipts, no?
Though she is bitching about paperclips and envelopes
Somehow I see this little strategy of hers failing.
Call it "secret knowledge"

Cheapest in VA is $70. So if they're on this site eight hours a day, 30 days month, for 11 months it would cost her $184800 minus any temper tantrum's the the PI had pretending to be an 36 year old woman with NPD.

The fact that you missed the point entirely, and failed to read my comment correctly, says a lot about you.

Also, Torah writes a lot about rape, in many cases encouraging it.
So, given that an ancient book allows me to rape you, and apperantly we all should follow it, why shouldn't I rape you? After all, the book knows best.

Humans had "moral law" way before anyone even envisioned writting any sort of Torah, or what have you. Remember, there are books on ethics more than thousand year older than your precious Torah.
But, let's say only God gets to decide. Let's say my God is giant noodle-monster. He tells me I am allowed to beat you up. Your god tells me I can't(well, actually Torah is all for beating, but whateves). What makes your god better than mine? Why should I live and obey yours, not mine?

Put up or shut up.
Buddhism for instance is older by about 400 years.

You are qualified to spiritually judge what right and wrong is, morally speaking
I know I am, and I judge you as a morally bankrupt whore. You also make extremely poor life decsions.
Too late. You already said I was and everyone will back me up that you did.

There is no other moral law except The Torah. You can't just invent morality. It's already been decreed by Elohim.

It's very arrogant of you to think you are wiser than The Creator
It's very arrogant of you to think you're smarter than the average preschooler. Hell the average preschooler wouldn't believe you're horrible lies.

As someone you agree is qualified to spiritually judge you I sentence you to worst thing I can think of. Living the life of Melinda Leigh Castersen/Scott. A moron who will never accomplish anything except poorly raising feral tard niglets. An incestous whore so besotted by sex you think people can't live without it. A serial litigant who will always fail. A life worse than death.

Very true. I probably should have clarified that it's the judgement alone that arose from the improper service. I agree with you that the suit needs to be dismissed on merit

You should see what MY God suggests be done with someone like her... it ain't called 9 ANGLES for nothing....

I didn't drop anything. Every time I confront you with Matthew 5:17-20 you don't respond.
Because it's not relevant. "Lest" is defined as it is and no amount of misrepresentation of the Messiah's words on your part are going to change reality. If the Bible holds a contradiction, more often than not the contradiction is actually your own misunderstanding, malicious or otherwise.

I think she's actually cracking this time, Guise. She FINALLY admits Dead is qualified to be Moral Arbiter for her, but then refuses to accept any of his rulings. Her initial admission of this was like a light at the the end of a dark tunnel, but then her mental illness came barrelling through like a freight train, blocking all the light. Hopefully Mel will incrementally come around for longer periods of lucidity about Dead's rightful place as Judge and moral arbiter of her, like an alcoholic with moments of clarity, but frankly, I'd say she's too cracked a vessel to hold much hope.

As the self-professed Grand Mufti of Weaponised Autism, I've taken the liberty of issuing a few fatwas on our demented yehoodi.
  1. She's gonna lose yet another lawsuit for the sixth time in a row.

  2. Even if Kiwi Farms were to disappear due to the eradication of Section 230, Melinda Scott will forever be a laughingstock.

  3. For all the posturing she does as a member of the Ahl al-Kitāb, she has absolutely no clue how Judaism (or even Christianity or Islam for that matter) works.

  4. She is fat, and no one will ever have sex with her.

I'm afraid not. Much like how she refuses to accept she is suing @Karl der Grosse for only $50 despite writing in that value herself, she can never come to terms with reality. No matter how much her subconscious tries to push her in that direction, she can never accept the truth.

TBH, @Deadpool is the best of us, morally. It would probably look good to the Judge if he saw Melinda acknowledge this and take his advice. He might be a little kinder to her when the time for awarding Josh costs comes around.

If she'll come around and see the light more often I'll forgive her as her spiritual superior and possibly lift the curse that made her baby too big of a tard to bathe itself without drowning.

As for the "pro-bono PI" I'd say if it was true it would be in exchange for him getting to pro bono her privates, because we all know she's resorted to prostitution in the past.

And yet the OJB says otherwise because they have more expertise in The Torah. The others are Christian translations. Except Stern's CJB which is Messianic, but then clearly that's because Stern has a Pauline bias.

OJB is raw Torah influence. I'm going with that one

Lev. 19:15+MW 5:17-20=MW 7:1

THERE'S NO OTHER WAY TO INTERPRET MW 7:1. Otherwise you're making Yahushua into a false messiah

You are misunderstanding and misinterpreting all three verses, and divorcing them from context. You didn't even finish the verse with your leviticus citation. I know you no read the good, but that's pretty bad.

No. It does not. Lest also does not mean assuming, granted. if, suppose, or whether. Those are not other definitions of Lest, but other words with a similar linguistic purpose of joining two thoughts together. It's why they're grouped under "connecting words that express a condition"
Once again, Mel, you prove to us that you no read the good.

And don't think I didn't notice you only responded to Fnaarf. I see you attacking whom you perceive to be a weaker opponent because of her sex, you misogynist.

I didn't drop anything. Every time I confront you with Matthew 5:17-20 you don't respond.

Matthew 5:17-20 doesn't help you, Melinda. Because your use of it is predicated on a misunderstanding of its meaning and the meaning of Leviticus 19:!5. Same with Matthew 7 in its entirety.

Aw, heck, let's do some big quoting for full context.

Levitvus 19 in full said:
19 The Lord said to Moses, 2 “Speak to the entire assembly of Israel and say to them: ‘Be holy because I, the Lord your God, am holy.

3 “‘Each of you must respect your mother and father, and you must observe my Sabbaths. I am the Lord your God.

4 “‘Do not turn to idols or make metal gods for yourselves. I am the Lord your God.

5 “‘When you sacrifice a fellowship offering to the Lord, sacrifice it in such a way that it will be accepted on your behalf. 6 It shall be eaten on the day you sacrifice it or on the next day; anything left over until the third day must be burned up. 7 If any of it is eaten on the third day, it is impure and will not be accepted. 8 Whoever eats it will be held responsible because they have desecrated what is holy to the Lord; they must be cut off from their people.

9 “‘When you reap the harvest of your land, do not reap to the very edges of your field or gather the gleanings of your harvest. 10 Do not go over your vineyard a second time or pick up the grapes that have fallen. Leave them for the poor and the foreigner. I am the Lord your God.

11 “‘Do not steal.

“‘Do not lie.

“‘Do not deceive one another.

12 “‘Do not swear falsely by my name and so profane the name of your God. I am the Lord.

13 “‘Do not defraud or rob your neighbor.

“‘Do not hold back the wages of a hired worker overnight.

14 “‘Do not curse the deaf or put a stumbling block in front of the blind, but fear your God. I am the Lord.

15 “‘Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly.

16 “‘Do not go about spreading slander among your people.

“‘Do not do anything that endangers your neighbor’s life. I am the Lord.

17 “‘Do not hate a fellow Israelite in your heart. Rebuke your neighbor frankly so you will not share in their guilt.

18 “‘Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone among your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the Lord.

19 “‘Keep my decrees.

“‘Do not mate different kinds of animals.

“‘Do not plant your field with two kinds of seed.

“‘Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material.

20 “‘If a man sleeps with a female slave who is promised to another man but who has not been ransomed or given her freedom, there must be due punishment.[a] Yet they are not to be put to death, because she had not been freed. 21 The man, however, must bring a ram to the entrance to the tent of meeting for a guilt offering to the Lord. 22 With the ram of the guilt offering the priest is to make atonement for him before the Lord for the sin he has committed, and his sin will be forgiven.

23 “‘When you enter the land and plant any kind of fruit tree, regard its fruit as forbidden. For three years you are to consider it forbidden[c]; it must not be eaten. 24 In the fourth year all its fruit will be holy, an offering of praise to the Lord. 25 But in the fifth year you may eat its fruit. In this way your harvest will be increased. I am the Lord your God.

26 “‘Do not eat any meat with the blood still in it.

“‘Do not practice divination or seek omens.

27 “‘Do not cut the hair at the sides of your head or clip off the edges of your beard.

28 “‘Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the Lord.

29 “‘Do not degrade your daughter by making her a prostitute, or the land will turn to prostitution and be filled with wickedness.

30 “‘Observe my Sabbaths and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am the Lord.

31 “‘Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them. I am the Lord your God.

32 “‘Stand up in the presence of the aged, show respect for the elderly and revere your God. I am the Lord.

33 “‘When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. 34 The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the Lord your God.

35 “‘Do not use dishonest standards when measuring length, weight or quantity. 36 Use honest scales and honest weights, an honest ephah[d] and an honest hin.[e] I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt.

37 “‘Keep all my decrees and all my laws and follow them. I am the Lord.’”

Judge your neighbor fairly in the context of not perverting justice. In the context of a trial.

Matthew 5 in total said:
5 Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him, 2 and he began to teach them.

The Beatitudes
He said:

3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.
5 Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be filled.
7 Blessed are the merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
8 Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they will see God.
9 Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.
10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11 “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Salt and Light
13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.

14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

The Fulfillment of the Law
17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19 Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.

Murder
21 “You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder,[a] and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ 22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’[d] is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell.

23 “Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, 24 leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.

25 “Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still together on the way, or your adversary may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison. 26 Truly I tell you, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny.

Adultery
27 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’[e] 28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. 30 And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.

Divorce
31 “It has been said, ‘Anyone who divorces his wife must give her a certificate of divorce.’[f] 32 But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, makes her the victim of adultery, and anyone who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

Oaths
33 “Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not break your oath, but fulfill to the Lord the vows you have made.’ 34 But I tell you, do not swear an oath at all: either by heaven, for it is God’s throne; 35 or by the earth, for it is his footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King. 36 And do not swear by your head, for you cannot make even one hair white or black. 37 All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one.[g]

Eye for Eye
38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’[h] 39 But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. 40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well. 41 If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles. 42 Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.

Love for Enemies
43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46 If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47 And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.[/i]

That's a lot of talk about making peace and forgiveness and paying one's monetary debts in Matthew 5, Mel. Remember that when you lose the case and have to pay fees.

And now, Matthew 7

Matthew 7 complete said:
7 “Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

3 “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.

6 “Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces.

Ask, Seek, Knock
7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

9 “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? 11 If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! 12 So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.

The Narrow and Wide Gates
13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

True and False Prophets
15 “Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. 16 By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.

True and False Disciples
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

The Wise and Foolish Builders
24 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock. 26 But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. 27 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”

28 When Jesus had finished saying these things, the crowds were amazed at his teaching, 29 because he taught as one who had authority, and not as their teachers of the law.

Gee, that bit about the speck and the plank doesn't SOUND like it's telling people to be judgmental if they've been judged. It sounds a lot more like "If you judge someone, you will be exposed for being guilty of what you are judgmental of in others!"

You claim to be jewish, why are you quoting christian texts?

She wants to pretend to be a special brand of jesus believing jew so she has to argue they're hebrew texts, against all reason.

You claim to be jewish, why are you quoting christian texts?
Because MelMel's particular brand of bastardized Judaism basically amounts to "I get to use what I want from Judaism, selectively choose what actually applies to me, and disregard the rest. Also, I don't have to live by any of the morals or standards of the religion"

*Edit for clarity*

I would never smoke weed again and destroy all my pipes and bongs. I'd go 100% straight edge and give up caffeine just in case.
I do drugs, multiple drugs, in some admixture or other, every day as I see fit. Acid, shrooms, speed, weed , codeine, percocet, caffeine, nicotine and copious amounts of alcohol. I have never been as dumb as Mel in any waking moment. It ain't the drugs' fault
