Coco does a talk stream. Still not mention anything about the reason she went on hiatus. From what I gathered, she do want to talk about it (refering to the post she did before hiatus) but was stop by management and that the break is "not her decision", "of adult problem" and "on going". Can't think of anything beside something related to the ching in some way really.

Ame commented on both Halo and CPK as losing the rights since she uses the word "perms," meaning permissions. With Halo it's uncertain but I'm guessing it has to do with Microsoft using copyright music in MCC and there being no alternative, or just the game performing very poorly.
With CPK, it's because a single song got past the Streamer Mode filter that replaces all the copyrighted music. I've seen it in other circles of steamers with the game so I assume this is the case. Ame is able to play LA Noire so the casual racism thing probably doesn't matter.
Botan and Korone are playing Dead Space 3. Now that is a game I thought would never resurface.

For me it’s less about the cringe and more about the fact that he’s very clearly trading in, and trying to link himself to, other people’s work and popularity to boost himself in the most naked and misleading way. (I mean, if I started putting Shut Up & Sit. Down branding, for example, all over my Twitch page, I’d probably get a C&D, and justifiably so.) But you’re right, there does need to be more to actually make him a lolcow, and I don’t have it, which is why I was offering to back someone else up. If it continues to annoy me maybe I’ll dig some more.

It does make me wonder though. With him being a huge Hololive fan and wanting to butter up to as many indies as possible, how many of them does he actively watch, besides from just watching their debuts or something?

Maybe Im just a dumdum but with the story she added on top of it about "Death Sensei" at karaoke I thought it was about Kokoro (hes the one she went to Japan to get with right?). The song works for either one, albeit with a very different undertones.

She's mentioned K's by name so it isn't him. Death Sensei seems to be a catchall, since she uses it to refer to her actual boss more than anything else. In this case Death Sensei might just be the guy in charge of her teaching program.

Since I basically live on YouTube, I've noticed something funny. The only connection I have to vtubers that would sway recommendations are those from Hololive and Pikamee and the occasional Nyanners clip.
Before Vshojo, I would occasionally see recommendations for Nyanners, Silvervale, Ironmouse and Zentreya. (Which is why I would bring Zen up quite a bit, he doesn't really fit in that group imo)
After Vshojo. I've noticed that I get recommendations for Nyanners, Silvervale, Ironmouse, and Froot. Zentreya recommendations are rare. I'm not sure if Froot is basically replacing Zentreya in the group or if he just doesn't appeal to the algorithm.
Of those recommendations, I see more of Nyanners, Silvervale, Ironmouse, and Froot interacting or referencing each other than anyone referencing Zen.
Of course, this is MY recommended but it's what I see. I wonder if the other girls are getting better stats than him since the algorithm pushes them more. It implies there are more fan clips of the others than of him.
I'm not even sure Froot existed before Vshojo but posh British hornyposter gets pushed more than the already established guy pretending to be Coco.

I respectfully disagree that what we've seen isn't enough, and I have a few start-and-stop OP's in my recycling bin to prove it. But it's just that wading through so much USI really makes one gag like you're waist deep in rotten sewage, and the sycophants that play along with him don't help. I've noticed that too. Zentreya is an interesting case in the context of the relationship to the rest. From one perspective they could potentially be called a central point of focus for the others since before vshojo they had the VSW group that ironmouse, Silver and Bunny_GIF were a part of. Yet they're also kinda the troll of the group to the extent that I feel like sometimes the others legitimately get a bit pissed about it.
As for Froot, the character itself is a new thing with vshojo but bsapricot has been around for a bit mostly doing semi-lewd commissions for various indie vtubers. Got a lot of recognition very quickly for her art of ProjektMelody back before Melody was even on twitch. So some of the saturation of her on YT might just be the freshness factor, she's still new so she's getting more interest.
Now what really gets my noggin joggin is wondering about Bunny_GIF being excluded from the vshojo group. She has been a member of that group longer than Nyanners has but also has a non-vtuber side to her streaming plus a sponsorship deal with whatever the hell G-fuel is (I suspect slurm). She still plays DnD with the others every wednesday on Arcadum's channel and still occasionally takes part in collabs. But I've noticed a lot less interaction with the others since the vshojo announcement. So I have to wonder if they offered her a spot at vshojo and she just declined (which would be weird since she had signed up for VSW when offered) or if they just straight up replaced her with with Nyanners.

Ame said it was due to permissions issues. The first time they streamed Reach, it handled just fine, even if it was just a fallback due to issues with playing Halo 1 in co-op.
Which is strange because, unless someone can eyeball this entire guidelines list Microsoft put out for using their content, Reach should be 100% cool to stream. I saw some speculation that it was due to YouTube bots copyright striking in-game music, but there should be plenty of in-game SFX and voiced commentary in the first stream to have circumvented some kind of audio-only crackdown.

I know fuck-all about Bunny_GIF, maybe there was some agreement for Vshojo she didn't want to agree to. If she's not a hornyposter, maybe she didn't want to be a part of this advertised and hyped up shitstorm.

Yknow i don't know shit about any of the Vshojo gang but if nothing else im curious as to how Zentreya makes that robotic text to speech voice thing work. Do they type out some sentences in a program first? That would require a lot of pausing to type wouldn't it? Or does their natural voice get converted into that robotic voice in real time somehow?

Domo seems like yet another archetype I've run into often--let's call him the King of the Nerds. This guy ranges from slightly busted to moderately attractive but doesn't really stand out in a crowd if he isn't wearing any tribal identifiers, like a T-shirt or something. He shows up in nerd circles where the incels are friendzoned by all the chicks there and rapidly begins to bring his "superior" (compared to the dorks) social skills to bear and all the girls are suddenly mobbing him like he's a star. He's self-deprecating enough that the incels all hate him but don't want to look bad by dissing him (especially in front of the girls). He's charismatic enough to even get some of the incels to like and support him. Compared to them, he's "proof we can be normal" if they could just build up the self-confidence. What's funny is, the whole reason he ended up in this small pond is that it's the only place he could be a big fish. Everywhere else, he's a complete nobody and can't influence anything. He essentially goes somewhere that everyone has poor social skills and low self-esteem and manipulates the fuck out of the social dynamics to his own advantage.
On the internet, where looks and face-to-face communication don't matter when you hide behind avatars and keyboards, this dude is an absolute cancer. They're already skilled enough to craft a persona and project a self-image IRL. Once they get online, they spread their tendrils and infect communities like a disease. I see this type all over the place. From what I've seen, Domo probably fits this archetype.

She was mostly ok but like i heard someone in discord, we are in christmas ON A LOCKDOWN she is probably alone just streaming right now, like Haato was in Australia, mind you the drunken whale?shark is when she is more entertaining. that stream gave us glimpses of how he is faring right now, i mean that refusal of singing happy birthday because she believe its copyrighted (it was until 2016) was hilarious and the ukelele singing was amazing
Mori i think was going to play it on consoles and Ame got a faulty GPU, lets be real the game would not be funny if it crash and burn in the middle, HoloEN already has enough technical difficulties on their own to add "shitty coded game" to the list
Seeing the collab of puyo puyo i noticed, that octopus was holding back, you see i follow another tetris sperg (Wumbotize) or if you watch Suisei streams you will notice that normal competent Tetris players always left a single hole to nail chains, Calli and Kiara never did that (mostly because they were in Puyo mode) but the octopus always did this even she made "mistakes" on purpose (throw a piece while talking where it was not supposed to go)
Several people in the comments also noticed and wanted a collab with Suisei
