Very well put, we said basically this same thing a number of times at the beginning of this thread. I really have no words at this point, I've said what I can, and little more. I used to feel sorry for the guy, I really did, but on different jobs around here, hearing the same thing over and over from different people on different lines, it's just as you said, beyond reasonable doubt. The CRR smear was the last straw.
