It's a real dangerous idea. If you talk to feds without a lawyer, they can prosecute you for 'lying' on the basis of their testimony about what you said. Of course, they will record the conversation, but if you don't incriminate yourself they can just delete the recording and say you said something other than you did.

You need to have a lawyer. If you honestly don't really care about spending years in prison, at least surreptitiously record the conversation yourself and make sure that recording is sent to others who can retain it if they do arrest you and seize your devices.

More and more of the A&Hers/anti-A&Hers kept bitching in the threads over there at each other when a pro-Trump post was quoted as being "dumb", and as it's been getting worse and worse it's made it harder to enjoy this site in general. In those threads it was painfully obvious that it was more anti-A&H in sentiment, so the shitflinging was mostly one-sided, but seeing a proper thread like this where the worst of both worlds come together to whine at each other is possibly the best thing that could happen and I'm just gonna sit back and keep watching the fireworks.

The policy is only that they 'don't record' so that they can lie about anything you say. So get a lawyer, don't talk to them, or if you're absolutely insane then at least record the conversation without them knowing and be extremely cagey.
