Skitzocow Stephen William Lafleur / henstepl / Thisismyrofl / Elecbullet - Schizophrenic Arsonist Who Hates Soda

Coprolalia can be fucking surreal to experience, and it's hard to say whether someone who hasn't got it would just think of things they've said that were unlike them. It sounds like you don't have a major problem with it at least.

The most I can say is, smoke your weed if you want, but be careful with acid and other delicacies. They can unlock things, and if you unlock things, you're liable to start talking to yourself. Then you'll be fucked. You may very well have glutamate hypofunction, but at this time, that might be all that can be said.
Did acid break your brain?

I fucking love carbonation, I don't get it.
My (very tired) brain keeps reading "Florian syndrome" as "Florida Man Syndrome"
Oh good, it's not just me. Though at first I thought his made-up disorder had to do with the Floraverse/Purple Kecleon & was really confused.

Also, for the people saying his grimace looks fake, it is...kinda. Flat affect is really common in schizophrenia, so he's exaggerating his reaction because he can't naturally emote.

Based schizoposter.

Reminder TIs are deep cover operatives calling for assistance using coded language.

EDIT: Also what does this thread have against pacing? You have to be completely milquetoast to think pacing is a sign of schizophrenia, even if you're a schizophrenic who thinks that.

@henstepl what is your take on psychoactive drugs like LSD increasing the risk of developing schizophrenia? Do you think that soda might fall into the same category for people with Florian syndrome?

There was an enormous moment in my life where I stood in the kitchen of my residence hall at Auburn, doing the dishes, and realizing that words were coming out of my mouth that I didn't choose to speak. That was Type A, and Type A's first word, the only word it could speak for many months, was "Stop."

If you read the purple pages of my manifesto, I describe that partial glutamate hypofunction means you can't stand adrenaline and acetylcholine at the same time, and severe hypofunction means you can't stand serotonin and dopamine at the same time. It's the tragedy of the disease that the most well-balanced brains become the least tolerable.

People with non-incapacitating Florian syndrome need to be aware that like many people their brains are liable to be imbalanced, and they might have regions and transmitters they can unlock - and that this will come at a cost. They're at no particular risk of permanent hallucination. But they are at risk of becoming broken.

Hi @henstepl. You have quite the intriguing background, and although I absolutely condemn your [alleged] arson attempt, I'm somewhat familiar with the emotions of someone with your ailments. You at least seem sincere in your beliefs and as far as I know, you're probably genuine in wanting answers for your mental state. I have a few questions for you:

1. Have you ever taken any medication for your schizophrenia (more specifically, have you ever been prescribed the following; Abilify, Depakote, Thorazine)? If so, how did the meds make you feel while you were on them?

2. Have you ever tried the alcohol self-medication route? If so, how much or little did alcohol help you?

3. Assuming that you experience states of sudden and sporadic rage and destruction, what usually triggers this?

I'm not trying to be an armchair psychologist. I am curious because you remind me of a dear friend of mine who is currently been unstable the last half-year. I want to help him, but as of writing this, I'm at my wits end, and I believe if I could understand more where you're coming from, I could help my friend come back to reality.

Thank you for reading, regardless.

NGL, the concept of "adeptness malvolition" is an amazing cognitive label if I'm reading it correctly. It's more specific than "delusion" and it isn't as firmly linked to psychosis.

By the way though, acetylcholine is primarily a neuromuscular neurotransmitter; it's not really giving you any social response and clumsiness is more the fault of an underdeveloped procedural memory, which is structural rather than chemical.

It's probably a good time to mention that I'm the foremost poster on /r/neology and /r/neologisms, and I've been told that I come up with good words. Really, I have hundreds of neologisms.

So I'll construct another: acetylcholine shouldn't be considered part of the "peripheral" nervous system, but the "decentralized" nervous system. They extend out of the brain. This is why I can medicate with glycopyrrolate, and this is how Sudafed PE got me out of an ER visit once when I couldn't breathe. They don't cross into the brain, but they don't have to.

I'm currently giving myself Type B days so that I can read, and on those days I struggle with too much adeptness malvolition. I become too sociable and fail at the task of reading and watching movies. Perhaps I need to lessen the choline supplements I use as part of the stack to produce Type B.

It sounds like you can appreciate adeptness malvolition, so look for it wherever you can find it. Ask yourself if it's something that would invalidate an Asperger syndrome diagnosis if increased, or if the deficits of that disorder occur in more insidious ways.

can you describe your current mood?

you have a high verbal acuity yet seem to lack comprehension skills, no offense.
