But are those people that return to play it every so often a large audience or a handful of people? Just about every game has a group of people who play it religiously.

Melee's more of a small dedicated group but Ultimate is just absurdly popular. A large amount of people still play it regularly. It's kinda like Street Fighter II, I guess.

Only in Christmas bundles, and only for the full-size Switch. Switch Lites and off-season bundles still don't come with anything. Not even a rinky-dink tech demo game like 1, 2, Switch.

Speaking of which, how much is 1, 2, Switch down to, anyway? Surely it's gotta be like five bucks by now.

Yeah if they were going to make Genofags seethe Geno being revealed as a Mii costume again today is a better middle finger to them.

Seems Nintendo seems to be revealing the last Mii Costume to be a wanted character lately, since they did that with Travis Touchdown. No clue if they're trolling on purpose, but the salt will be fucking hilarious if they do that again but with Waluigi or Sora.

It is adults that refuse to let go of their childhood. You see it with a lot with Millennials; what used to be something that one or two weirdos would do back in the day is now a major facet of an entire generation. You're 30 going on 40 and still hanging out with 20 year olds, watching cartoons, collecting stuffed animals/funko pops, wearing cat ears, dying your hair and doing everything you can to stay up with the current lingo so you can fit in with people two decades younger than you.

Add in some "being a whore is liberation" and "nothing is wrong if you feel it is right" and you do the math. We have a whole generation of people that are empowered to satisfy their predatory and degenerate urges.

There's literally no difference between Millenials and Zoomers, they've been shoved together due to numerous societal issues. So it's not surprising that both act the same and they'll be drawn to each other.

That and all of modern american pop culture keeps getting rehashed, so everyone is aware of the same 5 things. Like for example everyone knows what the NES is despite it predated most of the millennials and zoomers. Youtubers like AVGN who were actually old enough to play the game when they were current, release videos and then suddenly everyone is aware of it.

The fucking AOL dialup sound both Millenials and Zoomers know and that thing has been dead for decades already. That was a product of Gen X.
