He'll just be extra self-righteous for a little while, which will probably end up being hilarious in the long run anyways. Phil might get a boost in earnings for a little bit (his swatting vlog has got, like, 20,000 views and he put it on his gaming channel instead of his vlogging one) but who cares? As long as he's still being a being a dumbass on the internet, the hilarity will continue.

The only difference may be that a shitty ween is gonna go to prison. Win-win.

TL; DR:
- Paranoia
- He won't play games with his fans anymore cuz he's afraid of his IP and being DDOsed again.
- Insulted the TIHYDP crew for two hours straight.
- Apparently the Sons of Kojima recording his swatting is proof they are guilty. Even tho they always recorded his streams in case something lulzy happens. (Like when he gets trolled in SF/MK)
- He still had the time to mention his goddamn Patreon during all of this nonsense. God forbid he doesn't try to get some pity money for a change.

I just find it really unfunny when shit like this happens. It will be so boring to listen to the "I could've died!" rants for three months straight.

I can see Phil using this as an excuse until he or his career dies. He still brings up shit like Furtado and on rare occasions his time in the Fighting Game Community. It's ultimately not going to matter, since it's just one more excuse in why he don't want to actually be a good business man and improve, alongside his gout, back, time spent with job, and financial woes.

Also, SWATting was a big deal in news back at the second half of 2014/beginning of this year. An office of streamers in Colorado was reported in August (with a bit more forceful of police than DSP dealt with). And to address the "game sites don't talk about swatting," here's some opposition to that: Kotaku, Polygon, Giantbomb (admittedly their forums)

TL;DR Phil is a whiny manbaby and thinks he's more relevant than he is. Nothing new.

Remember the last time you got interviewed? You lied your ass off about it to please your ego and to piss on your criticism, and as a result an innocent journalist almost got accused of insulting the sick. (Mentally Ill!)
