LMAO there's nothing they can do on the 6th. That's all on Congress, and, as has been stated a thousand times, they're not going to throw out any votes. They might get challenged, but the House won't throw them out and there are at least three, (and definitely more than 3) Republican senators who will also keep the votes.

From what I've seen they're somehow conflating the counting of the electoral votes in Congress with the procedure that's followed when nobody reaches 270. e.g., GOP objects to the reading of a state's vote and then it goes to Congress voting in the president via state delegations.

Problem is that the House and the Senate both have to agree to throw out a state's slate, and obviously the House will not do that and I doubt the Senate will either. I understand that our electoral processes are arcane but Christ just read how they work. They're not hidden.

Even Mitch is trying to round up his sycophants to approve the ballots. If Mitch says so, most, if not all of the senate will follow him. There might be some symbolic “no’s” to cater towards crazies in some states, but nothing more than him giving his blessing to Romney or Collins to say “no” to some things.

I've seen this happen throughout this whole sorry incident. The TES people constantly confuse "evidence" from one state as happening in another, etc. They're operating on snippets of information gleaned from memes and parler posts and they don't fundamentally care about the veracity of any of that information because the conclusion is pre-ordained.
