Eh, not really I didn't name the bpo and finding a bpo servicing a specific company is like finding a needle in a hay stack. If a project is too troublesome and not making money we scrap it. It's very naive to think bpos care about professialism we only care about metrics and whether or not we can deliver said metrics. If a customer or force hinders that we remove it. Why did you think time Warner had an incident where a customers name was changed to asshole? That isn't even my point at all. They're talking about stuff going on behind the scenes allegedly at a call center for Greg's cable company and the ulterior motives they have as a collective for reporting Greg to the cops. Doesn't matter if they're middlemen.
They're publicly shit-talking a client and explained how they used their position to dig into a client's personal information and are publicly sharing that information. There is nothing wrong with reporting to the cops, the issue here is that they're openly talking about it because they (and allegedly the company) don't like Greg as a customer and they aren't framing the company policies or general attitude toward their clients in a very flattering way.
If you don't think Greg can't just call them up and complain or smear the company publicly for something like this I don't know what to tell you. People get fired for this very thing, even lesser things, all the time especially in positions where you handle sensitive personal information. Businesses want to ultimately look good even if they aren't.
That's a bad look, even if it answers our questions.
I don't want them to get fired in Covid times but they've dropped a major breadcrumb trail. Poster could just get in trouble at the least, maybe the company won't give a shit. It's just common-sense professionalism not to put yourself on the line over something petty at the end of the day.
Literally no one believes Heatboss did anything wrong and Greg's scheme is transparent, so this all only serves to hurt poster, not Greg.

@Losrtotsean2.0 since you also replied to me and this clarifies my point
Certain clients allow that the client I'm talking about doesn't. Truthfully were getting rid of the project anyway so that's why I posted it because good riddance to bad rubbish. :/ but sorry heatboss we had to try a pull a nuclear option of trying to yeet him out. Besides that and the fact that it's not cashing out.Bullshit. The moment an end user starts being abusive the correct line is "I'm sorry sir, but I won't allow you to use abusive language towards myself or any of my staff. Have a nice day." *Click.* Even if it was escalated to you through several lower monkeys, the convo shouldn't have been allowed to proceed past twenty minutes.
