Its a pretty simple list of criteria
-No accounts made after the original harvest joke made on MATI
-No "side characters" even if they may be good. Like Spectree, squire, sam losco, or perspicacity.
-No one who's username has something to do with a gunt meme, since they are usually retarded Ay-lawgs that will eat up anything that could make the gunt look bad
-Someone who knows not to make a new FUCKING THREAD FOR EVERY LITTLE THING THAT HAPPENS. FUCK GUYS GET IT TOGETHER.

So I am still thinking with @BOLDYSPICY!

In order to moderate this board people would have to divest themselves from their shitposting for shitposting's sakes. Obviously you don't have to give it all up (as mods and former mods like @AnOminous and @Secret Asshole have shown us). We also have the same issues that cropped up in the Weeb Wars area, in that we have a bunch of retards who don't fit in with the "community" or what-have-you of this site who make accounts and shit up the place. Thankfully most of their autism is contained to that subforum, but we have a bunch of gimmick accounts and accounts from this year alone made specifically to shit on Ralph. To top it all off, the mods of the Weeb Wars area have a Reddit-esque mindset of maintaining the place, which doesn't necesarilly mean it's bad because, again, we're dealing with a bunch of retards and webs (but I repeat myself). I assume Kenobi and others mentioning me is tongue-in-cheek and I'm not even considering I'm in serious contention for being a mod, but there needs to be said that the accounts considered for the positions of local jannies should be from at the latest 2018, have a shown history of engaging with Kiwi Farms (including outside Internet Famous/Weeb Wars) and be able to divest their shitposting and egos from the fact that they'd have to moderate fairly, which means even if you hate a poster not treating them harsher than someone you like.

The only account I can think of off the top of my head that should never, even jokingly, be considered for modding is @Bryan Dunn / @Ghostface Killer / whatever his newest sock is after we figured out this one. The track record of gay ops, his reactions to hurt feelings and the fact quite frankly no one should be able to believe he'd be even remotely fait in dealing with the people he has issues with should take him out of the running. Plus I'm pretty sure Null hates the outline-seeking faggot.

Could I do it? Sure. I think I could. But I'm sure there are others who could do it as well if not better than I could. I'm not putting myself up for contention because, quite frankly, I know most of you don't like me. Fuck you if you don't, by the way. But I think what I've put in this post should be considered form here on out and people should make legitimately serious choices, if for no other reason than actually having a discussion about why someone would be a legitimately good option would piss Gator and Ralph off further because we'd be taking it seriously, and they couldn't scream about us shitposting like we normally do.

I now return you to your regularly-scheduled shitposting.

There is another one I might edit in but these would be my pics for election. So far I think these people have either contributed good summaries and/or literally driven themselves insane by sniping the Gunt, providing pertinent posts that advance the thread or helped in the leaks of important items to this Saga.

The one big issue I really have with putting the frequent high effort contributors in charge of cleaning up the thread is that its putting a lot of unwanted responsibility on someone who already goes above and beyond to improve the quality of the subforum. Not having to filter out retards fighting over gay shit is a lot less important than there being good content worth reading in the first place, and everyone's favorite suggestion boldy already seems worried about the extra responsibility.

I'm really happy that people mentioned me, but:
  1. My account is literally like a month old.
  2. I am not above being completely retarded at all times and have/will engage in dumb as fuck internet slapfights that shit up threads.
I'm more than happy to recap shit and keep doing walls of schizo posting, but I'm not jannying until I've at least been around the site for a couple of years.

I don't think the mods need to be impartial or anything like that, we just need someone who is well organised, archives, keeps things succinct and is active and keeps up with Ralph. @Haru Okumura and @Gustav Schuchardt are all of those things. @BOLDYSPICY! although would be my personal pick, has had Ralph chimp out at her, so having her as a mod makes her an even bigger target for Ralph and makes him more likely to engage in the farms. @Sam Losco would also be a great pick because he is the most active, knows the most about Ralph and does good work finding information, but with this recent infighting, I know that people will flip out if he is modded. @PhoBingas is probably the person who has done the most work streamsniping Ralph, but I think having him streamsnipe and mod the forums would be fucked.

Again, I think the focus should be on the ability to janny, not some arbitrary judge-like figure - leave that to Null.

This is why he's my personal pick tbh, because it would cause spergs to flip out and get banned and thus improve the long term quality of things. Though I don't think he did anything wrong mainly because I couldn't be assed to read the drama involving him since it seemed like gay "you can't talk to other users in private without it being gay ops" shit that was AstroTurfed by an eceleb. Maybe he did fuck up though and this would be a bad idea, can't be assed to read through 50 pages of slapfighting.

edit: i appreciate the early Internet ED esque style of writing, although some individuals tend to get a tad hyperbolic (calling cows pedos not only ralph but other cows in general, just a sidenote.) in my estimate there's no need to make things up, especially when dealing with a cultcow. yet I'd love to find a healthy mix between the facts and the bants.
(also to make it easier to understand for more causal users)

if you haven't already, take a look at the other cultcow boards and how they run.
a nice hybrid would be great, could even bring traction to to other threads since ethan gets into cow crossovers.
