Yeah, the vaccines are amazingly good news and will allow quarantine restrictions to be lifted a lot earlier than expected. Trump and his bullish attitude towards a (at the time) non-existent vaccine was completely validated (unlike so many of his other unrealistic optimistic promises). They've been willing to ignore all the promises that he's fucked up, but now they're mad that he actually delivered (as far as you can credit him for the development of a vaccine) on one of his promises that actually has bipartisan support. I literally do not understand it, not even in the way that their pro-Trump delusions mystify me. Those are at least logical in the sense that they make them feel better, this one doesn't even have a sensible motive.
