I'm really happy that people mentioned me, but:

1. My account is literally like a month old.
2. I am not above being completely retarded at all times and have/will engage in dumb as fuck internet slapfights that shit up threads.

I'm more than happy to recap shit and keep doing walls of schizo posting, but I'm not jannying until I've at least been around the site for a couple of years.

I don't think the mods need to be impartial or anything like that, we just need someone who is well organised, archives, keeps things succinct and is active and keeps up with Ralph. @Haru Okumura and @Gustav Schuchardt are all of those things. @BOLDYSPICY! although would be my personal pick, has had Ralph chimp out at her, so having her as a mod makes her an even bigger target for Ralph and makes him more likely to engage in the farms. @Sam Losco would also be a great pick because he is the most active, knows the most about Ralph and does good work finding information, but with this recent infighting, I know that people will flip out if he is modded. @PhoBingas is probably the person who has done the most work streamsniping Ralph, but I think having him streamsnipe and mod the forums would be fucked.

Again, I think the focus should be on the ability to janny, not some arbitrary judge-like figure - leave that to Null.

I was doing some thinking (dangerous, I know), & here's how I would hypothetically organize things.

In other subforums, major events are usually titled in a date - title format. Like so:



The CWC subforum, for all its autism, has some pretty well-organized containment megathreads.

All the random shit that doesn't warrant its own update thread goes there. I think it's a pretty good system.

Now looking at the threads here:

Needs a date.


Good, but needs a date in the title.


Doesn't need its own thread. These can go in Random Updates or whatever.


I'd autistically prefer date - title, but good.


There's already a Questions thread. These can be merged/condensed.


Good, but there's already a Killstream Discussion thread. Having a separate one for guests seems superfluous.

I also think since the sub is young, moderation should be a somewhat collaborative effort. I'd recommend a Feedback/Suggestion thread pinned so everyone can discuss what seems to work & what doesn't. The powers that be get the final say, but I like getting people's input.

I think the biggest hit the forum has taken is locking both the main thread (which was helpful at the start) and the legal thread (which was acting like a general thread). That caused some excesses threads to be made (I am guilty of making one) and if people could actually stick to one thread that would help.
I think it's time to unlock the original thread. All the key people have their own thread now.

He could probably go in the Gunt subforum, since he's inexorably linked to Ralph, but he also does his own, non-Ralph-related things. That's up to the discretion of actual moderators that can move shit, though.
