Unfortunately, because most people on twitter never read past headlines to realize that Dyess's manifesto wasn't actually written yet or bother to look into anything after it's faded from trending, the fact that she's gone off the deep end will likely go unnoticed and people will act as if the evil terves have been exposed (as what, I don't know). Most people likely don't even know her name, just that some TERF defected to "their" side, bet.

I'm on the same page with Jimbo when he said he's "flabbergasted". It is odd that an essay that states a very basic fact got that kind of praise. But yet again, JKR did state said fact knowing that there would be an army of unhinged lunatics who'd probably threaten and slander her for stating that basic fact.
