He's definitely on the west coast of the U.S. or Canada. He let his time zone slip once, and there are only a few states in the world that have the PST zone. I get the feeling he's Canadian, but I also feel he's really close location wise to dsp, which is why he feels so attached to him. Plus the onlyicedcoffee name, and Washington being the home of Starbucks. He's Pacific Northwest if I had to bet on it. Plus the gay bands and band names. It all screams Seattle/Portland to me. But a lot if that is just my speculation, obviously.

From what I understand, having a whaled-out account is more like a prerequisite for scoring high in these events (you need to have specific muscle waifus, and only a whale is likely to have them all), and from there the actual score depends on how much time you spend obsessively playing the game.

To add to this, if OIC is phrenelith/heaving_earth as @actually often speculates (and I agree), west coast Canada is highly likely. For DSP's Christmas 2019 phrenelith sent him beers for his drinking stream (embarrassing for all involved) and they were from Granville Island Brewery which is from Vancouver, BC.

That's most likely the one used for the Line account, or else what a coincidence. How could DSP have supposedly changed his phone number, but forgot to take it out of his 3 known email accounts?

There’s no way Phil would leave his old number as a recovery option if he changed phone numbers. It can probably be used for the forget password option so whoever has the phone number now (remember according to Phil someone else has the phone number and is using it for line) could change Phil’s password, and probably remove his other recovery options as long as the new user can approve it on his phone number.
