Large explosion, buildings damaged in downtown Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A large explosion was reported in downtown Nashville early Christmas morning.
The explosion happened in the area of Second Avenue and Broadway near Commerce Street occurred around 6:30 am Friday. Heavy black smoke can be seen rising above the affected area.

The Metro Nashville Office of Emergency Management told News 2 a parked RV exploded and caused damage to several buildings. They said crews are currently assessing the damage but no injuries have been reported. Officials with the OEM also reported foul play was not suspected at this time.

There was a large police presence in this area along with fire crews. News 2 has reached out to Metro Police and The Fire Department to learn more.

My guesses:

1. Glowniggers:
+Always go with glowies before you get some concrete evidence

2. Actual far right or QAnon loonie attack:
+ Attempt to reduce loss of life
+- What did they actually bomb? Seems like it did take down some infrastructure.
- No claim of attack

3. Suicide
+ Attempt to reduce loss of life
- Really complex method
- No suicide message?

Muzzies are a no go. They'd attempt maximum casualties.

I this this might be actual-honest-to-god political terrorism then, of the Domestic/European kind, since Islamic attacks usually go for mass casualties if possible. This reminds me of what the IRA did.

We can rule out Muslim terrorists fairly easily, but with this style of bombing, I'm worried that this is either a glow-in-the-dark BS or unironic right-wing action from SovCit or QAnon lone wolves, which the bigwigs and the Woke Left alike will have a field day.

If it's BLM/Antifa, I doubt they'd give warning and would probably want to kill as many civilians as possible, especially if they're White or Christian.

Even if BLM or Antifa's forward-thinking enough to give warning to civilians, the only reason they would do that is if that part of Nashville is historically and predominantly black.

If it is terrorism then my guess is either false-flag glow spooks or a lone wolf Soverign Citizen/Q-Anon guy wanting to make a statement and damage infrastructure as well. If it is a far-left BLM/Antifa attack, then this is probably one of the smarter ones who's afraid of harming black bystanders and wants to continue the big George Floyd insurrections that started in late May.


My personal guess is that it's an elaborate insurance fraud scheme. Maybe some bar owners who got fucked by COVID-19 decided to collude in a way that would make sure they'd all get a massive payout and diffuse the responsibility.

If it was a glowie, why would they warn people? Isn't the point of a false flag attack to scare and horrify people?

I feel like a glowie would have decked out the RV with TRUMP 2020 stickers or just straight up Neo Nazi paraphernalia, and they absolutely would not have had a countdown.

It’s obviously a message to Senator Blackburn for slamming the stimulus package, which sends foreign aid to Sudan. The same country glossed over in the “but Her emails” wikileaks.

So clearly this is omerta on Blackburn for preventing us from sending tinfoil armor to swaddle the Sudanese child soldiers

its really creepy just watching this, just seeing two people and a dog stroll about by the door, the explosion happens, and they're gone. While it's most likely a bomb squad waiting in a safe distance since the bomb is about to go off and taking shelter somewhere (and the owner and dog strolled through in another video later), just seeing them suddenly gone is... uncanny.

A bomb and only one death? I'm thinking some form of 'If I'm going down, I'm taking you down with me' suicide but it failed at killing others or a poor cop who arrived a bit too early or got too near.

A bomb and only one death? I'm thinking some form of 'If I'm going down, I'm taking you down with me' suicide but it failed at killing others or a poor cop who arrived a bit too early or got too near.

Witnessess took heed to the warning from the RV's PA system. This is a recountment from a woman who allegedly lived across the street from where the RV detonated.
