I watched the entire video and you know what, I take back what I said about him not putting much thought into it. Based on the amount of time he takes to analyze the game's story, he clearly did. He exceeded my expectations, being as smug and unfunny as he is

Maybe after the dk stream lefties thing he is abode criticism because i can't understand how he doesnt get attacked for hanging out with them...
Especially punk duck which first podcast was about mocking fat chicks and his last podcast where he mocks a severely burned victim...

I think they cut him some slide for a couple of reasons.

That's generally his and Shaunandjen's (is Jen still with Shaun?) schtick, go for low hanging fruit like PragerU etc that's broadly on the right and dunk on it. Whenever they try anything a bit more complicated (like Shaun trying to talk about terfs) they're hopelessly out of their depth and the undergrad philosophy, postmodernist wank dressed up as leftist thought doesn't work. It's easy and lazy, it'd be much more interesting to see them properly engage with more robust right wing arguments and look at their own side too (and maybe even actually read some Marx, if they don't end up deciding to cancel him for being a materialist, talking about biological sex and condemning prostitution). I guess it gets the viewers in though, the liberals lap it up because they can feel superior to PragerU of all things and all he does is tell them so. Like John Oliver but less charismatic.
