Back in the day, McDonalds was able to serve fast food by precooking and prepackaging their food; I think they still do that. However, if you wanted a special order (Big Mac with no pickles for example), it'd take them forever to make it. Wendy's opened on the premise that they could make your special order, and they could do it with speed.
Modern day troonism, and other body modifications, are like Wendy's: your body, your way. It's why every few months you read stories about people who want to
amputate their perfectly healthy legs or
deliberately blind themselves, or
make themselves a dragon, or...
this. They are obviously mentally ill, but rather than get them the help they need, doctors are coerced into giving them the surgeries they desire. The Hippocratic Oath is all well and good, but if there's money to be made, you're going to find someone who's willing to do it. It reminds me of the South Park episode where
Mr. Garrison becomes a woman. He thinks he's pregnant because he's not having a period, but it turns out he doesn't have ovaries or a uterus, and the surgery was purely cosmetic.
The worst part is that they put themselves above mockery and criticism. Aside from preventing people from pointing out their potentially self-destructive lifestyles, it enables predators like Jonathan Yaniv and Tommy Tooter to use transgenderism as a shield for their reprehensible behavior.
I'm not sure what else I can say on the subject that hasn't already been said.
