PREDICTION FOR BREADTUBE 2021: There is going going to be a schism of Breadtubers, with some becoming full on Tankies verses those who stay SocDems. This will be fueled by disillusionment with the Biden/Harris president, and too many noticing corporations are using idpol as cover to do as little as possible for actual working people. Expect a lot of people coming at Hassan and Vaush over supporting Biden, and taking the revolutionary talk into unironic fedposting.

Honestly I disagree, I think 2021 is the year that breadtube is just going to die.

Same thing that happend to the Skeptics once the 2016 election finshed. People are going to move on from poltics and shift content all together, its already happening with Hbomberguy and Hasan.
People who watch them now are just normies with almost no politcal inclations.

And other channels are just going to fade into obscurity.

It's both, really. First there will be a schism, and the subsequent embarassments of said schism will destroy breadtube before its community realizes something's gone horribly wrong.

Just look what happened to the alt-right. It split into camp AmNat and camp Wignat depending on how people looked at the Trump presidency, and they stuck together until well after shit like Charlottesville, when the damage had already been done. Tankies will be the lefty Wignats. They won't have the media kissing their ass under a Biden presidency: all of their less savoury elements will be placed under a microscope. It won't take much time before the whole thing falls apart.

To be fair I think most breadtubers already had low expectations for the biden presidency, what they mainly wanted out of it was someone who wasn't trump.
