Yes it's soundwaves vs radio waves. But we have no decent data on inadvertent effects and comparison between the two. Like for example we knew for a fact that water heaters after enough testing and studying them, they would rocket up and explode and this caused many changes in their failsafe systems so that wouldn't happen. It's also still possible to make this happen if you break all the failsafe systems.
