A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

From Money to Mental Health, Pandemic Ravages LGBTQ+ Households
An alarming new report indicates LGBTQ+ people are suffering disproportionately from COVID-19.
BY MEY RUDE DECEMBER 23 2020 3:28 PM EST

According to a report by the Movement Advancement Project (MAP), a U.S.-based gender equality think tank, this year’s global pandemic has hit LGBTQ+ people and households harder than the average American.

The report interviewed over 3,400 adults in the U.S., and found that almost two- thirds of LGBTQ+ households have had at least one member lose a job since the pandemic started. A little under half of non-LGBTQ+ households reported losing a job.

Additionally, two thirds of LGBTQ+ households reported having at least one serious financial problem this year. The numbers are much worse for QTPOC. Seventy percent of Latinx LGBTQ+ households have had serious financial problems and 95 percent of Black LGBTQ+ people have.

Queer households also lost health coverage at double the rate of non-LGBTQ+ people this year. Nearly 40 percent also said they’ve been unable to get medical help they needed this year because of the pandemic. One-fifth of households also reported that they weren't getting the food they needed to just make it through each day.

“We know LGBTQ households and the community more broadly experience higher rates of discrimination in the workplace, steep obstacles to housing, accessing medical care -- and to the extent that LGBTQ people and LGBTQ people of color are experiencing the full force of this pandemic, it’s likely their recovery will take even longer,” said Logan Casey, co-author of the report.

While 23 percent of non-LGBTQ+ people reported problems dealing with the isolation that comes from quarantine, 44 percent of LGBTQ+ households reported them. The Trans Lifeline, a crisis line for trans people, has reported a 40 percent increase of calls where the caller is actively considering self-harm.

Casey warned that these results might just be the tip of the iceberg. “Think about this,” Casey said. “This poll was conducted in July of this year. And so now here we are in December, many months later, and numbers are continuing to surge and setting new records. It’s likely going to make these painful ripple effects even worse.”
Movement Advancement Project (MAP)? At this point they're just trolling.

At any rate, this tells us nothing. As usual, lumping everyone together under the LGBTQ-whatever umbrella gives us meaningless headlines.

Why dont they sterilize these Degenarates like they did in the good ol days -_- !?
She specifically didnt get a fake dick to have her child pregnancy fantasy, atleast most troons usually dont have the foresights and fuck up their genitals/hormones enough to sterelize themselves before reproducing (if able). Now that she has her kid to fuck up. im sure shes gonna ask for that vagina to be turned inside out and keep working on her new pet project.

I'm not really sure it counts as "knowing" code given the observed quality of their work.
In my experience, whatever knowledge they had becomes largely irrelevant once they troon out. They tend to move into what you might loosely term "influence" or "advocacy" roles, re-writing documentation, forming oversight groups or diversity committees, enforcing their CoCs on everyone, and generally driving out any developer that was better than they were when they still bothered to work for a living.

I don't know about the LGB (L here, and I've been fine...), but the TQ have been whining for sure. "I have to stay at home, how can my gender receive its deserved validation if I can't shove my delusions down a strangers' throat have human interaction?"
There were blue-haired genderspecials who were literally having an identity crisis during the lockdown, I shit you not.

A fair number of girls who were calling themselves boys detransitioned. Being under more parental supervision and out of the social pressure of a school helped restore some sanity.

It wouldn't surprise me if some of the transtrenders were lamenting that some of their 'eggs' no longer wanted to hatch. But considering that it's a fad for a lot of these people, it's unsurprising that without their identity constantly being validated from external sources they're losing their sense of that identity.

Like so many trends, there's a solid underpinning of conforming non-conformism - rebelling against 'society' but in the exact same way as your peers. So many subcultures have come, and mostly gone, based on that simple premise, and transtrending is no different.* So without that external 'oppression', they start to revert. Nature is healing.

*Unlike other subcultures like goths and emos, transtrending is severely dangerous to both the dumb kids who take part and the society that decides that this is the delusion they'll foster. There's also undoubtedly links to the millennial increase in arrested development, the profits in selling medical solutions to an eager market, the cult of SJWs, and the still-unstudied effects of the internet and especially constant social media and porn access on humans, especially vulnerable ones. When whichever social scientist gets to write the book about this troon pandemic, years after the fact, they're going to have so many factors to sift through. But it's really not uncommon for societies to go through phases where they fight science and rationality and embrace delusions. It's just usually there's been a religion with a God attached.

I was joking with a friend mid lockdown when the first results of detransitioning started coming out that the next thing the predators would do is groom kids into some computer agender. because everyone is only online now so genders are code based.

Apparently there's an effort to get more trannies into tech jobs. I wonder how long the women in tech thing will be completely replaced by trans-women in tech.
If half of tech is cis-men and the other half is trans-women then no one can complain
Ngl I read somewhere on kf that a tiny bit of the push for transwomen in STEM is so that they can still hire men but fill that "women" diversity quota

Like the guy who trooned out and instantly became part of "top ten women CEOs", and now the company is progressive for having a woman CEO without actually having a woman

Tbf if I didn't know how nuts troons are, I'd be very tempted to do the same in terms of hiring. Male brain for stem but women diversity points.

If you are referring to Pips Bunce, Bunce did not troon out. He is a brave and stunning woman three days a week and a man four days a week. He did not become a "top ten woman CEO" but won a Top 100 Women in Business award [start at 02:00]. The award was given to him by the Labour MP For Women and Equalities, Dawn Butler.

If you are not referring to Bunce, my apologies.

Edit: I should clarify that my statement that "Bunce did not troon out" was sarcasm about Bunce and not directed at @caughtinanet. I apologize if my post came across as snotty.

Case in point: Corey Dale Ehmke, a dude who rams his unwanted CoC anywhere he can fit it.

Be a rebel! Just like me! Wear Rebel Jeans!

Friends and family of Courtney Eshay Key have spoken out after she was killed in the evening of 25 December in the East Chatham neighbourhood of Chicago.

The 25-year-old was found dead in an incident initially reported as a hit-and-run crash, though it has since emerged she suffered gunshot wounds.

To make matters worse, police had initially listed the proud transgender woman as a man and an unidentified “John Doe”, provoking anger from those who knew her over the indignities she suffered in death.

Lifelong friend Beverly Ross told CBS2: “We are human. We are real. We’re tired of Chicago Police misgendering trans people, gender non-conforming people.

“They’re dehumanising our character.”

Key was still listed as male in Chicago Police systems days after the incident, the outlet reports, despite her identity now being known.

While her death is being investigated as a homicide, police declined to confirm whether the case is being considered a potential hate crime, even though her loved ones believe she was likely targeted for being transgender.

Beverly Ross added: “I believe Eshay was targeted. We need to get to the bottom of this because Black trans lives matter. We are not going anywhere.”

Key is at least the 43rd transgender person to be been killed in the United States in 2020, the majority of which were Black and Latinx transgender women.

An analysis of 37 transgender murder victims’ cases by Media Matters last month found that 18 of the victims were misgendered by police reports, while 23 were misgendered by media.

Of the 139 articles published in 2020 misgendering transgender murder victims, only 18 – less than one in five – were updated to fully remove language that misgendered them.

Human Rights Campaign, which tracks reports of fatal anti-transgender violence, said: “These victims were killed by acquaintances, partners or strangers, some of whom have been arrested and charged, while others have yet to be identified. Some of these cases involve clear anti-transgender bias. In others, the victim’s transgender status may have put them at risk in other ways, such as forcing them into unemployment, poverty, homelessness and/or survival sex work.

“While the details of these cases differ, it is clear that fatal violence disproportionately affects transgender women of colour – particularly Black transgender women – and that the intersections of racism, sexism, homophobia, biphobia, transphobia and unchecked access to guns conspire to deprive them of employment, housing, healthcare and other necessities.

“As is too often the case in the reporting of anti-transgender violence, many of these victims are misgendered in local police statements and media reports, which can delay our awareness of deadly incidents.”

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde withdraws trans advice for female-only wards

Hospital guidance that urged nurses to chastise patients who object to sharing a female ward with trans women has been shelved following a backlash from feminist groups.

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde issued guidance this year to staff which equated women who express concern about sleeping next to trans patients to people harbouring racial prejudice. The guidance was reviewed and the health board has confirmed that it has been shelved indefinitely.

Nurses are now advised to sort out disputes using their own judgment and to speak to management if they cannot be resolved.

A spokeswoman for the health board said: “We are not aware of any issues in our hospitals since we announced our review of our trans policy. If any patients have concerns about their accommodation while in hospital, this should be raised with NHSGGC staff who can manage this locally in consultation with the patient, and if necessary escalate to management.”

Joan McAlpine, the SNP MSP who is a critic of gender recognition reforms, complained in March to Shirley-Anne Somerville, the social security secretary, that women who were“distressed at the presence of a male-bodied trans-identified person in the next bed” should not be compared to “a white woman complaining about a black patient being in the next bed”.

The Equality Act allows authorities to restrict some services to women only, for example rape crisis centres where women may feel uncomfortable speaking to counsellors who appear male.
The decision to shelve the guidance was welcomed by groups that believe trans women should not be afforded full women’s rights.
Rhona Hotchkiss, of the LGB Alliance, said: “We’re delighted to hear that the NHS board has decided to return to the situation that held until very recently.
“The Equality Act makes it abundantly clear that sex is a protected characteristic and healthcare is one of the many areas in which women can expect their rights to single sex spaces and single sex provision to be upheld.

“The insidious way changes to this were introduced without public debate raises serious questions about the way certain LGBT lobby groups have been providing misleading advice to the NHS and other institutions.
“No woman should ever be chastised for asking or demanding to be seen by a woman carer or nurse and the Equality Act makes clear woman in this case means woman as understood by the general public: a biological female.”

Susan Smith, of For Women Scotland, said: “While we welcome the withdrawal of the guidance, we believe there needs to be consistency and clarity. Where there is an expectation of single sex wards, bedded areas or changing rooms, women’s right to safety, dignity, and privacy must be upheld. It should not fall on patients to complain or on individual staff to raise concerns and seek resolution.

“There will have to be hard conversations about how this can be managed in order to meet the needs of all patients.”

The Scottish Trans Alliance, a trans rights lobby group, failed to respond to a request for comment.
Stonewall, which campaigns for lesbian, gay, bi and trans people, said: “Just like anyone seeking care, trans people must be able to access the healthcare they need in a timely and appropriate way, and we urge all healthcare services to provide training and guidance to equip staff to support all LGBT people.”

Separately, transgender policies in Scottish prisons will be debated in a “series of conversations” by the Scottish Prison Service in the new year.
There is growing pressure on the service to review its policy on where transgender prisoners should be placed after concerns about trans women in the female estate were first raised in December 2018. A spokesman for the service, which has about 8,200 prisoners in 15 jails, said its gender recognition policy, which had generated “a lot of heat, if not much light”, was being reviewed.

The conversations “will allow all the concerns around transgender prisoners and where they should be imprisoned to be aired fully, including listening to women prisoners, transgender prisoners and SPS staff,” he said.

Currently the SPS policy means that transgender prisoners do not have to hold a gender recognition certificate to be placed in either male or female jails as they request and after an assessment. Some women’s groups claim that such a policy is not legal.

Troons are the least important people ever. They are unecessary.
I fucking loathe troons. They're 0.1% of the population, yet they demand to be in fucking everything, have their every need catered to, request special exemptions and treatment for nearly fucking everything. They screech to high holy heaven if you fucking have the audacity to tell them no, that you're literally killing them. Nigger, people are blowing their brains out, injecting so much heroin and fentanyl into their veins they're more opioid than human. People are killing themselves left and right, if anything we should be catering to the mentally ill, not delusional fucking white men who want to take rusty metal and castrate themselves. Get fucked.
A fair number of girls who were calling themselves boys detransitioned. Being under more parental supervision and out of the social pressure of a school helped restore some sanity.

A lot of these people had no established identity themselves, so they latch onto whatever is popular. Unfortunately, troons are extremely popular because it offers so many benefits, superficially at least. It offers attention, protection from any criticism and people just clapping for you existing. This is why troons want special treatment, not equality. Because if they had equality, the entire point of them trooning out would be worthless. Its why they screech about everything, are basically wearing out their welcome utterly completely. Because the second they lose their special privleges, that's when they're fucked.

Equality means. "Yeah, I don't care you're fat and balding and can't pass. 'Ma'am'. We hired a more qualified woman." They'll fucking lose it. But its going to come. That's an inevitability. In the meantime, its why they screech, holler and scream over every little thing, and why its never enough for them, because it has to be never enough. The second its enough, the second equality hits, the second they lose their special privileges, they're fucked. They're completely unattractive dumps that no one actually considers real women or men, stuck on terrible fucking hormones and second rate surgeries that insurance won't pay for. They lose the entire reason that they transitioned in the first place. They're not trans because they actually have gender dysphoria. They're trans because it affords them special privelges they don't otherwise have.

It forces people to like them. It forces people to be attracted to them (so they think). It forces people to treat them with kid gloves. If they lose all that, they're just mentally ill motherfuckers who mutilated themselves. And that's where transtrenders have pushed everything. Because they don't want equality. And people are just tired of their shit.
