Side note. I think it's really fucked that he thanked EZscape for pushing him to suicide. That guy is really cool and shouldn't have guilt because he made a really tame critical video of Apollo.

Being an edgy retard aside, really makes me wonder what goes through these guys' heads. Are they so desperate for attention? Do they really feel that bad? The only suicide I ever really understood in a way was the killdozer dude, but this subtle quiet goodbye from someone who obsessed over attention never made sense to me, and that's always the way it goes. Hence the previous paragraph. Just seems strange is all.

If he had physical problems and mental abuse as a kid, there are resources and ways to adapt and overcome. Some people do, some don't. Some want help, some want to feel sorry for themselves. Getting this wrapped up over something as inane as speedrunning videogames on the internet is laughable in and of itself.

If things are this bad for you, get help. Please don't be an idiot and kill yourself. Suicide is selfish and stupid.

I'm sad to see Apollo go or in this state, his YouTube videos were some really high quality stuff and bridged the gap more then most to allow people to understand speedrunning and rules in it.
I'm not entirely shocked because he sounded so incredibly depressed the last time I heard him stream around 6 or 7 months ago, but sad to see 2020 only for worse for him. It's really fucked up what Billy Mitchell did to this young guy over having his ego hurt. There's real consequences to actions.

I'm the one who called. Someone else called a minute or two after I did according to the dispatcher (woman) I was speaking to but the other caller had no information to give them other than the name. I provided an address and a phone number associated with his information and they were sending an officer when I got off the phone about thirty minutes ago. I'm literally just waiting for them to call me back, because they assured me they would do so once they had assessed hat was going on.

If I don't hear anything by midnight my time I'll make another call.

He doesn't mention drama at all, only his chronic health issues. Even says nobody should feel responsible for his death which is a direct contradiction of what he talks about in the video description. So I have no clue what him going off about his abusive dad and 2 speedrunning community youtubers who criticized him in the description was, since that's what everyone is going to see first. Maybe he just felt spiteful and wanted to put people he felt hurt him on blast before he offed himself

This, it legitimately speaks volumes to Apollo's character if this isn't a copout and his last (written) words are essentially laying his body at the feet of rival youtubers to his audience of internet strangers. It's the same sort of "i'm not siccing a hate mob susan!!!" loophole politispergs do when they encourage their viewers to "check out" the video they're talking over. He's more concerned with his minor beefs than the man who literally handed him a humiliating defeat on his crusade to clean up speedrunning or whatever. It would honestly be the highest chessmaster move, even above this all being a scam. Billy Mitchell would have no retort. Apollo fans would be openly calling him murderer and screaming for his head, and trying to Streissand it away by invoking his settlement would just make the fire burn higher.
