What federal laws am I violating?
You misunderstand, it is your thesis and supporting information that violates federal laws in what it claims. Namely supporting the idea that a man should be able to have sexual relations with a child unable to consent to such relations. This is a felony known as statutory rape. For your age, it would be punished by minimum of 10-years, likely more, and a permanent spot on the sex offender registry.
So a 23 year old an a 17 year old should not have sex because they have a different outlook on life. But it's ok for an 80 year old and an 18 year old to have sex because they have the same outlook on life. Makes perfect sense.
Would it seem odd, yes, but technically acceptable. People must come of a certain age before they are fully capable of understanding their actions and the possible consequences of sexual intercourse. The law has dictated that at seventeen, a person is not fully knowing of these consequences, and at eighteen, they are. You could try to argue that eighteen may be arbitrary, and perhaps so. But there must be a cutoff point somewhere, or else a lunatic like you would try to argue for having sex with a twelve year old.
This is a collection of vague statements without any trace of anything concrete. What does it mean to understand the "consequences of your actions"? 14 year olds can go to prison and even get the death penalty so why do we expect them to take responsibility for their actions when it comes to obeying the law but not having sex?
On the death penalty, you refer to the case of Stinney, no? I will not dispute that was a horrific case, especially since Stinney was decades later proven to have been innocent of the murders he was executed for. However, that is by no case the norm. World War II was still going on back then, and it was in the South during a time of intense prejudice against the black community. That's hardly a fair comparison to any case in 2015. That's like arguing that a Supreme Court Ruling will be ruled one way by citing the Dred Scott decision.
The only difference between a 30 year old and a 12 year old is book smarts. Kids master speech by age 10 and talk as fluently and have the same mental capabilities as an adult. Certain aspects of mental function even start declining after age 14.
No, no, and no. Perhaps you're not a good example of brain development since you're clearly mentally handicapped, but it's by no stretch a norm in most people.
Here's a brief article that should summarize some points you don't grasp. Brain development isn't finalized until around twenty-five. The only argument one could possibly make knowing that is if anything that we should raise consent laws, not lower them.
Edit: I would also like to congratulate
@Nara for earning a negative rating from the pedophile. It means you're doing a good job by aggravating the creep enough. Keep up the good work.
