Very late happy new year, nice to see that even if only 2 days passed, things aren't ever change for the usual loons of KV and their ilk. 
Since I doubt many things will improve this year, I'll set for having our beloved Soye have another meltdown after appeals screw him hard down the line, plus all the epic denial the 2 lying landwhales&Funi will try to do before proceeding to backstabbing each other to save some money.

And they know he's truthful, or usually is, so if he remembered ever touching her hair, he'd admit it, which he did.
That's what I've noticed about all these things against him. Something did happen but not how they tell it. It's makes it so he has to admit, "yes I rubbed Kara's legs, yes I had twins in my room, yes I touched Jamie's hair but-" but after that KV won't listen. It's an admission of guilt, the end.

Edit: Found the video of Adam Sheehan interviewing Vic that he mentions in his affidavit. Weird to watch this knowing the guy hated Vic and was only pretending to be friendly.

Which is ironic cause he was sort of hated in JJK community even before for being obnoxious. Mostly cause of his twitter antics. People liked his YT content.
This is going to be huge, so I'm gonna abuse the spoiler system.
He got mad when people used and discussed fan scans. He was basically always hostile, would harass & threaten fans just for reading fan translations when the Shonen Jump app was barely released, mind you, people (including me) had to do that because there was a huge gap in chapters that weren’t translated officially. Also, Jump reader sucks ass & their translations are known to be lifeless.
By the way, the latest chapter & the last recent chapter of JJK was translated by John Werry (Kimetsu no Yaiba, Kaguya-sama), while the most recent chapter of Ghost Reaper Girl was done by Amanda Haley (Chainsaw Man, High School Family). Which changed around the same time of his arrest.
This is not a good sign if you know John Werry. Why, you ask? This is gonna be a long one.

Many people complained about the translations for One Punch Man & Kaguya-sama, & there were definitely major translation mistakes in Kimetsu no Yaiba. Hell, in one volume of Golden Kamuy he translates Asirpa’s father’s name to “Uiruku” & then, a volume or 2 later, realizes “shit it’s actually Wilk” & then just writes it as that as if nothing changed.
But he apparently does a bunch of work for Viz, like Blue Exorcist, Komi-San, Tonikaku Kawaii, & the Zelda manga - all of which are decently translated. So I’d say it’s a coin flip for quality.

Bad official translations are not just limited to John Werry btw, Tetsuichiro Miyaki is known to fuck-up Assasination Classroom (aka AssClass) with many errors. Most of the errors were mainly with the reward money, sometimes it's 100 million dollars (100 billion yen), then it's 10 million, then 30 million instead of 300 million or they just say the price on yen. And in later chapters, he translated the wrong name instead of the students name they translated it as a different character instead.
He also did Bakuman, the last 4 volumes of Death Note & Rosario + Vampire, & currently Twin Star Exorcists.

I think this one depends on the editor in charge. The main problem I remember from the fans of manga is that the massive issue of the official Kaguya translation was how Kaguya referred to the president. She just called him by his name.
Thing is, & S2 of anime has this too, this is a plot point later on when he stops being president & Kaguya struggles with what to call him. That problem is not a translation error, since she's clearly not calling him by his name at that point. That was someone at Viz who said, 'it's weird that she refers to him as president all the time', & made the internal decision to change the translation to his name without thinking of the consequences. It's a huge oversight because at the point Viz was translating it officially, the manga had already been past that point in the story.
TL;DR: 1, simple, adamantly done mistranslation, ruins the plot of 1 chapter & slightly messes with Kaguya's characterization, & a big point of characterization too.
Thankfully, there are at least 7 different scanlation groups getting the good the translation every week. Zaibatsu is considered the best one among fans.

He got angry when people coloured pages of the manga for some reason, specifically if they weren’t from the official source. This even went to the point of him straight-up report bombing multiple fan-colored submissions on JJK subreddit just cause he hates them so much.
