At this point its just assumptions and "what ifs". The problem is an mRNA vaccine has never been cleared for widespread use until 2020, and there simply aren't enough long-term clinical trials (I also say this as someone who is skeptical of FDA regs).

That being said if she's older, then it might be worth it because COVID can kill you now, whereas a vaccine side-effect might make your life suck 10 years down the road.

SARS-1 and MERS are both human coronaviruses which are quite lethal; but aren't as transmissible.
Its why the WHO was so convinced that COVID-19 was MEGA-DOOM but also denying airborne transmission & community spread - because they were assuming COVID-19 was the second coming of SARS.

But with the exception of a select few diseases (rabies, HIV); most viruses tend to become less lethal as time goes on, both from their own evolutionary pressures (transmission > lethality), and from the evolving immune systems of the host organism (basically those good at surviving the virus pass their genes on, those extra vulnerable don't).

Understand though that even if she's vaccinated and then gets the booster she can still catch Covid. A 'vaccine' for a Coronavirus cannot give permanent immunity, as the production of antibodies is always temporary and will wear off in a few weeks to a couple of months. At best it will give her a degree of T-cell immunity, which will make her more resistant to catching the bug and hopefully when she does catch it the symptoms won't be as bad.

In defense of the vaccine (which again I am skeptical of); it does "teach" your B-cells how to make antibodies.
Remember the game isn't about how much antibodies you have, its how fast can you produce/reproduce the right kind of antibody.

As something that actually reliably kills people it's utter shit because it's pretty much the Flu+ and affects the same people a little harder. Does it have to be some Captain Trips-tier killer bug to be a good bioweapon though? It's done a pretty good job of getting everyone outside China to sperg the fuck out and melt down socially and economically while China is still able to put up a strong public face.

A successful bioweapon could be one of two flavors. The first kind murders the population outright, which is what any potential invading army would want as it eliminates the pesky need of POW disposal (and you get most of the infrastructure still intact! yay). The second kind cripples an enemy's economy via psychological panic, along with serious enough symptoms to overrun healthcare networks and leave them begging for assistance.

Thinking pragmatically, what use is an enemy, economically, if they're all dead? Who's gonna buy all your shitty exports?

There was some story a few days ago about French cops breaking up an 'illegal' New Year's Party so probably not very. Just more agitprop trying to shame us into accepting harsher lockdowns.

If I see someone without a mask, I leave them alone. It's not my place to play mask police, and try to enforce the face diaper rules upon them. This shit's really getting out of control. Hardcore anti-maskers are obnoxious dickheads just looking for a fight half the time, but the random people policing everyone else's face coverings are just as bad, if not worse. It's all so tiresome
