The federal avenue is interesting to me, because although I really doubt it's anything more than grandstanding, there's questions of supremacy.
Would the FBI have the authority to investigate the sitting president? Could that not be a conflict of interest? Would they just wait until he left office to do so?
The lawsuits that would arise out of this would be very interesting, and probably healthy for the future of the country to have clarified.
The Georgia suit is more mundane, since they would just wait until he left office to file the suit.
