No dietitian, but I think she is screwed. High carb is a no-go due to her diabetes. High fat is a no-go because of her liver and galbladder. High protein would damage her (I assume, at her weight and lifestyle) already severely damaged kidneys even more.
Ergo, she just needs to stop eating and die. Rate me MOTI.
She could fast.
And it would be hard, especially at first, but it wouldn't kill her and just might save her life. A carefully controlled fast with electrolytes in copious amounts of water would give all her poorly used organs a rest and a chance to recuperate, even heal - the ones she has left and that are able to, anyway - and it seems to me that it might be her only true choice.
She'd hate it of course and it wouldn't last a day, probably only hours, but it
would work if she stuck to it over the next year. The fasting could be broken every few days with very light meals of veg (fiber offsets carb) and SMALL amount of protein (eg. an egg) prepared properly with no sauces or dips or other shite.
The human body is hard-wired for fasting, handed down from our hunter-gatherer ancestors; only one organ stands in her way - her brain.
What do y'all hate the most about Chantal's videos?
I waited so long to answer because there's just too much about her attitude and demeanor that raises red flags; her manipulative flexing on James, the juvenile and transparent way she tries to manipulate her audience (ya know wut i mean?) her bald-faced lies when there's audio/video proof against them, her slovenly lifestyle, her total lack of logic even when she claims to "know better" when we know she's actually saying, "I know everything so stop telling me what to do" even when it's her own professionals telling her. Or so she claims, because who the fuck knows with Chantal - everything out of her mouth is a lie - and everything that goes into it will kill her.
So I can't choose. Every time I view her videos, there's something else that makes me say, "Oh fuck, no!"
