I don't know what's going on but their 3D animated fights are sooooooo bad recently.

When Hulk and Broly weren't blitzing each other as beams of light, their animations and models were incredibly stiff and lifeless and the model for Hulk just looked bad.

Recently? I can't even think of a 3D animated fight they did that didn't look like complete ass. Whatever software they use for animating and rendering the fights is either complete trash or being used horrifically wrong. How can some fucking pervert in Scandinavia make a better 3D model to be used for blender porn than a company that has been shitting out 3D content for years?

Probably because Torrian isn’t as involved these days. From what I’ve heard, his 3D fights were said to be the bomb.

Wow, that fight was just so... boring. That finisher sucked ass, too. I couldn’t even tell what happened on my first watch, but after realizing what it was, I was disappointed.

In fact, I can think of a better one. During the clash of headbutts, Broly hits Hulk harder and grabs his arms before tearing them off. Then as Hulk goes flying back, Broly vaporizes him with an Eraser Cannon.

But aside from my gripes with the animation, that verdict is just garbage. Why would you apply Super Saiyan multipliers when there’s nothing to suggest that those apply to Super Saiyan God? And why would you argue that Hulk only has an intelligence advantage in certain forms when one of this show’s rules is using both characters at their best?

So it seems I’m not the only one who was underwhelmed by the fight animation. And the finisher SUCKED. I think this is the first time the finishing blow left me feeling cheated. If you ask me, I can’t even remember the last time an episode of Death Battle completely clicked with music and fight (you could also say result and explanation, but I can’t care enough about that aspect, let aloneget angry about it).

Either way, we have two whole months before they start the next slate to celebrate their tenth year of doing this shit. And they say they’re going big to celebrate a decade.
 
Crossover X, a channel that does their own vs show, did a fan project where they reanimated GOku vs Superman in honor of DB turning ten.

One of the guys from the now defunct DADB Discord just came out as asexual, which is a bit weird since iirc he had a lot of porn in his favorites and likes.

It’s kinda sad to hear that since aside from my issues with the server, I actually kinda liked going on there. I mainly just posted their messages on here for the hell of it and didn’t think they’d actually invest time to look for them, what with our reputation as a supposed doxing website and all.

I also can’t help but find it’s a bit hypocritical to take shots at lurkers when most of the users there were lurkers, and one of their members would’ve had to lurk on here and leak our messages for something like this to happen in the first place.

These guys couldn’t just ignore my extremely tame jokes and light grilling. No, they had to let 3 years of memories go to waste because I, some dude they could’ve just ignored, was leaking their messages. Even though this is hypocritical since, as I stated above, one of their users had to leak our messages in order to learn about me. I guess it’s a case of “rules for thee, not for me.”

To these guys, I’m a self-righteous douche who leaks messages and removes context to make it seem like I’m winning by making everyone else look triggered. Meanwhile, one of their users was treated with respect for bringing to light messages where users celebrated the suicide of Zac Bertschy. He did this while either ignoring or cutting out the messages where other users criticized the people who were celebrating.

Well, looks like it'll be a long few months before DB comes back in March for this little piece of the Internet.

Knowing how much of his Twitter’s become devoted to bitching about politics, I wouldn’t be surprised if he did. It’s a shame, too. Back when I first saw him and Ben on their podcast, I thought they seemed like pretty cool guys to be around. They seemed pretty laidback and relaxed about things, and their Twitter feed was the same. These days they keep the same attitude on DBCast, but their Twitter feed’s devolved into three main things:

1. Sperging out about Trump
2. Whining about how America is horrible, racist, on the verge of turning into a dystopia, and how we need to change it
3. Advertising that RoosterTeeth is totally awesome and you should check out their amazing shows like RWBY and Red vs Blue.

If you’re lucky you might be able to find something Death Battle-related, but it’s hidden behind layers of whining and virtue signaling about politics.
