There's being too paranoid to film at all in your own home and there's filming so much you could plan out a burglary in meticulous detail.

The fact that he said "made the right choice" would make one like to see how he feels once reality kicks in and he loses the house when he can't pay the mortgage with the his internet money. As you said, a burglar would at least know where he keeps any valuables.

The irony of Phil making a video showing off all the stuff he bought for his 2nd home while asking his viewers to support him on Patreon because he's 'broke' is pretty good stuff.

I just skipped through the video, and twice I landed on him showing the inside of trash cans. It was kinda sad when he was showing off his dining room table, the only time he could think of when he had company to use the big table was when his parents were over for Christmas. Poor, friendless Phil. (:_(

Well that's just lovely. Although the thing I have to ask is if t goes to the main Machinima fellows or to Phil. If it's the former, I'm vaguely okay with it; I deem it shit because I don't believe LPs deserve to make money on the whole, but I can accept that. If it's Phil... prepare for him to both be smug and blaze through that money faster than Fuckbot does his meth.
 
If there's one way to stop people from making TIHYDPs, its by giving Phil ad-revenue off of them. Honestly, its a pretty smart move by Machinima. I didn't know that was something you could do on Youtube.

I kinda hope the money goes to Machinima, if only in hopes of Phil making another 'Fuck Machinima' video when he realizes they're making money off of the very videos that NEARLY GOT HIM KILLED. It's pretty hilarious that Machinima chose the swatting video as the one they monetize. Even they realize its the most lucrative thing Phil's done all year.

I don't expect any of it will be going to Phil right away. With his channel, he receives a cut of the money while Machinima takes the rest. With Machinima putting ads on videos made by third parties, all of it will go to them unless they slip some Phil's way afterward.
