These people are all playing russian roulette with H. Sooner or later another one will catch a fentanyl hit and be alone. This is probably what happened to Johny. Many such cases in new england.

Yeah, the biggest tragedy in this is that there's a little girl that will never know the love of her father. I'm sure Johnny would've been a doting father too if he could've gotten clean long enough to start thinking like a human again. People get caught up in the drugs and gutter lifestyle so long, they think it's impossible to get out of it & have a better life, when it never is impossible or too late to start living better
As far as actual confirmation it was an OD, I don't know if his family had any, but I'm pretty sure IP2 hasn't. Just based on assumptions so far. He showed he was always wanting to do drugs on stream and :
He'd been back home in Massachusetts for awhile, it's one of the worst states for the Opiate Epidemic. The night of his death, he'd been streaming earlier from downtown Boston, which contains an area nicknamed 'Methadone Mile' within it, cuz there's just so many clinics, drugs, and homeless addicts all along it.

The most commonly available heroin on the east coast is powder from South America, commonly called "China white". Almost all of it on the market is adulterated with Fentanyl. So there's a very high chance that Johnny Boston picked up a bag loaded with Fentanyl, shot up alone and died.
Black Tar heroin most common on the west coast and is shipped from Mexico. That has a much lower chance of having Fentanyl in it because F is a white powder and black tar is a gooey or hardened substance that has to be mixed with a higher amount of water and heated.
These tards are playing tug of war with their life. Benzos are highly addictive and don't mix well with alcohol. Xanax is a fast acting benzo with a short half life so while it doesn't last as long as other benzos on the market addicts prefer it because it hits them quick. Taking benzos alone is enough to fuck you up and if you're prescribed them and are medically addicted it takes a year or more to ween you off of them. If you admit to drinking psychiatrists and docs won't prescribe them because of the high risk for abuse. In many states a doc will require you to take a drug test before prescribing them.
These retards are all lucky to be alive. Popping pills with mad booze and other drugs will quickly ruin your health. A lot of east coast junkies also get H that has cocaine or meth in it along with fentanyl that counteracts some of the extreme sedative effects. This combo quickly ruins your veins and fucks your body up big time.
Tl;dr heroin is stupid as shit. RIP Johnny. The tard that spergs twice as hard spergs half as long.

I know this is hypothetical, but tbh, many people start doing em when they're young, are fucked mentally already, feel better mentally from the drugs, but don't know how much worse they'll feel overall when it comes time to stop their drug use

Some people react to different opioids with nausea. Oxycodone, oxycontin, among others always felt fine until about 3 hours in when I would always get a wave of dry heaving and nausea. And it didn't matter at all how much I actually took, it always ended the same (which was a little embarrassing since that effect seems to vary by person and it's not great being the one guy walking through a park needing to dry heave while everyone else is like "what the fuck is wrong with you?"). Hydrocodone and hydromorphone strangely enough never did that. I could never be an H addict since I honestly don't think that assured feeling of nausea each time is worth the high. I guess that makes me a poor candidate for opioid addiction.
But if your idea of fun is nodding off while burrowing into a couch cushion with some show on the tv, totally oblivious to the world for hours until you wake up itching all over and needing to scratch yourself all night, then go for it. I'd prefer weed any day. Sure, the euphoria of opioids is unimaginable. It's just debilitating to a pointless degree and the fentanyl adulteration is so widespread that any purchase could be your last.
