I don't want to definitively call Georgia just yet, but what I think *might* happen is that Perdue wins and keeps his seat while Loeffler loses hers. If you check the RCP(I know, not all that accurate really, but they tend to overestimate democrats) averages for this election you'll find that both of these races were basically tied according to the polling average on their website. Perdue winning and Loeffler losing would fit with that, in my opinion.

More fraud or no, I don't think Cobb county is going to be enough to dislodge Perdue's lead, to be honest. Loeffler could wind up getting bounced though. Perdue's also a member of the GOPe, and I suspect that part of the terms of the deal that was negotiated to screw over Trump was that no magical boxes of votes would be showing up to reduce Perdue's lead over his opponent.
