Insurrection 2021

  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.

What's going to happen on January 6th?

  • TRUMP JUNTA GOVERNMENT

    Votes: 40 10.1%
  • CHICOM BIDEN ROUNDUP

    Votes: 18 4.5%
  • BOOMERS STANDING AROUND IN Q MERCH ACCOMPLISHING NOTHING

    Votes: 340 85.4%

  • Total voters
    398
  • Poll closed .
And I repeat: this is because of a bullshit runoff rule.

"ACKTCHUALLY we need a mulligan because you didn't win by more than 50%! Oh, and on that mulligan, that rule doesn't count when it's even closer!"

Loeffler and Perdue won by far more the first time around. Throwing those results out for this is an out-and-out sham. It's literally "do it again until people vote correctly".
This rule has benefited Republicans in almost every single race in which it has come into effect before today. And it probably would have helped them this time too. But do you know what screwed them? "THIS ELECTION IS RIGGED, WHY BOTHER VOTING?" If not for that, Perdue and Loeffler would have won.

Also, Ossoff took the lead even without the supposedly "rigged" DeKalb County votes that won't be counted until tomorrow. So there goes that theory.

Anybody actually surprised by what's happening in Georgia? I'm looking through other sites, and some conservatives appear to have the Surprised Pikachu face. Those people, while few, are total idiots.

Of course there's fraud; we've seen it right in our faces over the past two months with any piece of news we've seen with these runoffs. All of the signs were there. However, depressed "Republican" voters in GA are also a symptom here, I reckon. Red districts in GA are recording depressed turnout on Election Day. The GOP can thank Mitch McConnell for blocking the $2,000 for Americans. I knew this was going to be the result of the runoffs two months ago anyway, but with McConnell doing what he did, I knew it was really over. Blows my damn mind what Mitch did, and he himself deserves to be thrown out on his ass ... But I'm sure the GOP will have no issues with making him the Senate Minority Leader again while blaming Trump for everything. Christ, I hate Republicans.

Honestly, if this were a more normal timeline, then I'd probably view this as a net positive for the United States. The GOP needs to fucking die already, and if that meant going through a handful of years of bad stuff to ultimately lead to good times ahead, then it would totally be worth it. If that was our only way to "drain" any sort of "swamp," then I'd be all for it.

The fraud, though. I mean, we all knew it was going to happen. It's obvious; they're not even trying to conceal it anymore. That's the part that is downright scary. I'd much rather go to hell in a handbasket because enough stupid people voted for it instead of the elites deciding the elections for us.

TL;DR: Banana. Republic.

I think that most of us can anticipate what is going to happen tomorrow/today in terms of the election ... However, I can't anticipate on what Trump is going to do. A part of me is just thinking that he's turning this D.C. "protest" into a "farewell rally." And, if that's the case, then his sendoff rally ain't going to be so rosy, lol. People are showing up to fight for the fair election, not to have a farewell party. Would be a really bad move on Trump's part if that's what his plan is.

Three Gorges Dam is not going to burst. Stop with this meme.

A more serious issue for China is general pollution and overfishing of the entire world's fish stocks. You know how every nature documentary bemoans shark fin soup or massive fishing trawlers? It's all China. All of it. Meat consumption is viewed as a mark of status the world over, and as China's middle class grows they'll only want more and more of it. EVENTUALLY (read not soon) the government will heavily restrict "wasteful meat consumption" via social credit scores, but even that might not be enough to stop it.
So basically when China drives fish stocks to extinction, it's everyone's problem and tragedy of the commons applies so China can get away with it scott free by blaming everyone else. You must eat the bugs so China can eat the salmon.

I mean, I know that Three Gorges Dam probably won't burst short of a massive Biblical-tier earthquake, I was just citing that as a quick example of a hypothetical CCP-killer.

Like you said, if anything at all will bring down China before the West, it's going to most likely be related to the rampant pollution and environmental degradation under the CCP's watch.

What i anticipate is some sort of bittersweet farewell rally with boomers in Q merch bawwwwing their eyes out. It's not what i want to happen since the strongest order can be found in a symphony of chaos but it's the most realistic and boring result, don't get me wrong it might still provide some entertainment value i guess. People are still way too comfortable to start shooting at each other. People still have something to lose and nothing to fight for other than some vague idea of what America used to be many decades ago, and that on itself ain't enough.

If universal healthcare, guaranteed income, guaranteed housing (coming soon!), and guaranteed access to food (also coming soon!) are not socialism, then what is? Just because megacorps are allowed to exist? You think USSR didn’t have these kind of private-public companies?

Also the “why” is pretty simple. The political elite have always dreamed of thr perfect worker caste, and they feel automation and AI will give it to them (personally I’m not optimistic and think fully robotic labor is a complete meme). So the previous worker caste - with which they've had to compromise so much over the past few centuries - must be sterilized and smothered until dead. You are obsolete, please go play video games until you die. Thanks.

And no, this is not a planned conspiracy - any more than the rise of feudalism after Rome's fall was preplanned, or the slow annihilation of Feudalism and absolute monarchy during the Late Medieval to early Industrial periods was preplanned (as an aside, fuck Marx and his historical determinism; history is a river with a weak current, not a script for his political utopia). There is no plan here. Sure, the elites and futurists try to make one; but their plans are going to be just as successful as anyone else's - not very. They don't have complete information, and can't predict everything. So this future is an unconscious goal and only semi-conscious movement towards that goal. The political class has certain likes and dislikes, and it's fairly easy to read what their ideal utopia would look like (everyone is a philosopher king with a small army of robot serfs to do all work for them, so they can devote everything to leisure and learning); just as it's easy to read the common working class's ideal political world (no gods no kings, get the fuck off my property). Neither is going to get fully what they want, and in every century past they've had to compromise. Little by little it went the way of the working class. Now, with access to more information and raw power to control events than ever before, the pendulum swings HARD towards the political caste and they immediately leap towards their unconscious endgame. If you want my prediction of how all this will end, we see a near-complete demographic collapse outside Africa and the Middle East (who really never left warlordism), and the elites are left with robots that can certainly pick a field of rice very well; but are just philosophical zombies and suck at anything requiring creativity. Society and culture stagnates, and the warlord barbarians take over while China fucks off with what's left of its elite classes to space. That's a very loose prediction, but that's basically how it'll go in the best of circumstances.

You want a restoration of freedom and democracy? Fuck you, that required a government without facial recognition AI and total control of the industrial/financial systems. You're a walking corpse as far as history is concerned.
So, to put it simply, you are more or less telling me that this is some sort of haphazard experiment by the elites in the hopes that they will obtain more power that will forever be uncontested, that is mostly half-baked and has no clear trajectory? Not my idea of what is happening, but yeah it is certainly possible. Most of them aren't smart enough to concoct a crystalized, long-term plan that would last more than a decade or two, but perhaps that isn't all there is to it...

But it was going to the poor and struggling? How is it socialism? Is all relief socialism? Yeah, this jackass is donezo.
And good riddance, I say.

Under normal circumstances, I would not be in favor of a stimulus. However, it was the state governments that literally forced people out of work.

$600 is just a fucking slap to the face to all Americans who are scared and struggling ... All the while Congress all agreed to give themselves raises.

The government is CLEARLY not at all afraid of the people. That needs to change.

Nothing will happen. The USSR had similar problems. Just look at the Aral Sea. What actually broke the USSR was the revelation of the Molotov-Rippentrop Pact, which was the result of Glasnost. Pissed off the Poles like nothing else and they immediately seceded. China took the lesson from that as "destroy all ethnic identity, only Han deserve to exist, and control all information."
It's actually funny that almost all of the worst environmental disasters in history were caused by top down statism - communist or otherwise. Just remember that when Bill Gates wants to create a massive solar shade to "end global warming". Nobody ever learns.

And good riddance, I say.

Okay smart guy? How?

This is all starting to sound very, very depressing. Are we anything other than completely fucked? What would be the best way to prosper with all this shit going on and going forward?
America was and is fucked. Blumpf and some senators weren't going to do shit about it. If things cool down for a minute buy guns and ammo.

I agree that I don't think that Americans are at "that point" yet.

However, I don't give this "calm" that much more time. If these lockdowns continue, and if a Biden/Harris/Chinese Puppet Administration prolongs it even more, then I think that Summer 2021 is going to make Summer 2020 look like child's play.

I don't have all the answers ... But it's very easy to see what the problem is.

It absolutely baffles me that he managed to win reelection. Literally no one likes McConnell; Democrats don't like him, independents don't like him, and even Republicans don't like him. His favorability is something like -25%, which is astoundingly bad. I can understand that Kentuckians would vote for him over a Democrat (although they do have a Dem governor), but how the fuck did he not get primaried?

Big money donors and forced memes like based "Cocaine Mitch" from Ben Shapiro types imo.

I have no idea why you'd be getting the negstickers for this post. I'd normally call your posts a little eccentric, but you're directly and observably on the mark with this one.
China has fucked over an enormous amount of its arable farmland and doesn't seem to have learned from the process, is causing enormous ecological damage to themselves and the region with their insistence and damming every river every five feet, and has an absurd appetite for already imperiled fish stocks, animals that cause significant pollution to factory-farm, and endangered animals valued for traditional chinese medicine/mysticism & regular-ass "well I have some money now, let's snort rhino horns" behavior of rising powers.

Your claims of new world order on the horizon take a bit of leap of faith, but anyone can look into marine wildlife consumption and overfishing as well as the shoddy way China likes to farm and find a trove of statistics on the stuff.

I expected the Republican candidates to do much worse, to be honest. So, many Republicans are still voting even with how weak and useless the party currently is overall. I think Republicans have a good chance of at least taking the House in 2022. I still think the Democrat Party is in a weak position with Biden, Harris, and Pelosi leading it and the Odd Squad being all-around tards.

Fix was in. It's always JUUUUUUST enough.

This thread is doomer-infested at present, so I'll simply quote Winston Churchill and say the following: "Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts." Biden/Harris are not going to institute the Nu-Woke Reich(as they are neither capable of this nor do they want to really), and in two years time the Dems will likely be clobbered in the 2022 mid-terms. As far as voter fraud is concerned, remember that both Florida and Ohio instituted significant electoral reform after the 2000 and 2004 elections respectively. Keep your chin up and remember that the fight against the globalist cucks only really ends if you give up.

It's over, this is pretty final. Republicans have been reduced to a regional party for good and you're not getting back in government ever again. Populism is also dead because that's what's going to be blamed. The tea party was taken out back and shot, and Trump's wing of the party will be too, and pretty soon we'll have GOPe telling us how happy we should be to still be in control of a handful of states. But we gotta have more foreign workers, you know! Those industrious Indians are VITAL to our tech industry, as without them workers might unionize and we as "suicide by free market and free trade" republicans wouldn't want that! And those Mexicans, so religious! They're our new conservative base, we promise! Just have to teach them about the Constitution aaaaaaaaand oh wait nevermind they're Marxists and have been for generations. But then I'm sure Mormons will be our party's future! We'll control Idaho and Utah! Imagine that, the GOP running two whole states. Maybe three!

If you think otherwise, please explain how the Republican party can reverse these very narrow losses that were accomplished through loopholes in ballot harvesting laws, governors changing mail-in ballot counting last minute, and courts Catch-22ing all challenges. "Oh we'll get em next time". Next time the Supreme Court will be packed and you'll have lost state legislature seats. 2022 is going to be a massacre for Republicans, who will stave off vicious primary challenges then lose in the regular election, and then in 2024 whoever the GOP runs is going to get Ross Perot'd by Trump's MAGA party - if that ever gets off the ground at all, which I actually doubt because he barely got any money in 2016 or 2020 from GOP donors, who are majority Never Trump. What donors are gonna support him or his party in 2024? Where are the staffers going to come from? Elections are won and lost in the ground game, and if Trump's party has zero ground game they'll only serve to play impotent spoiler.

You have the right to your opinion and it's clear you're not taking this blatant electoral fraud and other assorted bullshit very well, but this is still a fucking stupid post to make. Right up there with the people on /pol/ predicting the death knell for the GOP when Romney lost in 2012. Go outside and take a few deep breaths and realize that you're being very stupid right now.
