One thing I've never got about the doomposters who insist that trannies,wokeness and diversity means the US is in terminal decline.

What exactly did Trump or the GOP do to stop any of those things?

They arguably gone a lot worse under Trump lol and they once said Trump was the most LGBT-friendly president

Even during the 2020 results there were along the lines of Trump gained more votes from non-white people aka diversity

Boy, that Georgia election sure was close, they almost stopped the steal. If there'd been a few more Republicans boycotting the election our AI algorithms would have gone haywire and we would have been #exposed, but fortunately our boy #LegalizeKemp was able to secretly replace the insides of voting machines in Republican counties with hammers and scorecards and we were able to get Warnock the Warlock and Jon (Micr)Ossoff(tVaccines) into the Senate.

Tthe average Trump cultist has convinced themselves that any mainstream source of information possesses no legitimacy at all. If it doesn't come from the right Twitter account or Youtube account, it's just the lying media at work again. What you see today is the harvest of the seeds sown by the "alt-right" infosphere.

That's actually true though, the mainstream media killed it's own legitimacy by being in bed with the people they're supposed to be reporting on. Look how many former political fags are now tied to them. These companies will get by on momentum for awhile, but nobody wants what they're selling. We used to have a huge pool of press companies but now they've been greatly reduced or bought out into only a handful and act as a propaganda arm to their chosen ideology.

It's like when Blizzard Killed it's own reputation, or bethesda, or Google, or any other large company. Because that's what the media is, an ever increasingly small pool of multinational corporations.

The saying of, "if you don't read the news you're uninformed and when you read the news you're misinformed" rings true.

Basically Jefferson was right and has always been right.

This is more or less where I've arrived at. I do not view "news" as being anything other than a series of advertisements from multinational corporations and I do not view it as anything resembling facts. It is pretty much just a batch of malicious garbage that represents nothing other than what multinational corporations want you to believe, for whatever nefarious reasons they have.
