Slight tangent that will loop around to a main point. Red Letter Media did a best of the worst with a movie called Shark Exorcist. It's, as you'd expect, a very low budget movie. There's a particularly creepy part where one of the characters is trying to seduce another character. Said character is played by an adult, but acts in a childlike fashion, very similar to...whichever one is the goat. In the movie, they run around with a toy shark and hang out in a children's playground, before being lured to the villains home.
Anyway, I bring that up because, in the episode, they say they aren't sure if the character is being played by an adult, but is supposed to be a kid in the movie's universe, or if the character is actually adult age and retarded. Either way, it's incredibly creepy because, whichever the option, they're being taken advantage of by someone who is clearly a fully functioning adult.
That's the exact vibe I get from this comic. I can at least say that cat person isn't intended to be an adult, but they're clearly behaving like they're in a different age/maturity bracket then the goat. With Assigned Male, the characters behave in no way shape or form like their age, but because they're all doing it, it doesn't feel as creepy as the furry comic, which legit just comes off as predatory. I'd actually prefer the usual strawman argument or yet another JK Rowling rant versus this. At least those don't make me feel like I'm being put on a watchlist by seeing them.

In AM you had Stephie, the woke tranny who lectures normies on kiddie fiddling, and characters like Ciel, who exist as examples. In this case the blue cat is a normie, being effectively lectured by the comic itself and, indirectly, the audience. Therefore, retarded goat serves the purpose of an example that awakens the normie (cat) to their lust for underage shenis.
Given that Sophie was bitching about people calling AM too preachy, I'm guessing it's a generic veneer of saccharine bullshit to hide the queer diddler propaganda.
