This right here highlights the divide in the nation almost perfectly. It's almost poetry.

People who spent 9 months rioting over police brutality, burning down stores and homes, killing and injuring innocent people and bystanders, who screamed ACAB and F13! and who even have ACAB in their screen names or bios, relentlessly cheering and clapping when someone on the other side gets killed by the same people they were supposedly protesting.

They don't look and say "There but for the grace of God go I", no, it's all "LOL U GOT PWND" and pointing and laughing and deliberately posting the cruelest things they can in the hopes that it hurts people inside.

Both sides do it. Hell, I've been guilty of it, I'm not afraid to say, but this is why the divide is there and why it will remain.

One side wants to scream that felons in the act of committing crimes cannot be harmed, the other wants to claim that people engaged in insurrection activities should not have been harmed, while each points at the others casaulties and says "LOL".

And the whole time the people who enable it, who get rich off of it, who foment and agitate it, breathe a sigh of relief that they were passed by when the rage visited now that they have managed to get the right story out to villanize the correct wrongthinking side.

We're all being played for fucking fools. All of us.
Meanwhile, anyone who's naive enough to publically point out the hypocrisy gets shouted down by both sides for not understanding why it's totally different this time, and besides, those other guys did it first so it's only fair.

You are as annoying as the guy you are replying to. Both of you are doom sperging, and killing the fun.
Your team out there made shit worse, sorry. Storming the Capitol is going to bring on way worse fuckery than before it, and the tools in the toolbelt for everyone else have been severely restricted. Thanks guys.

That said, I'm not dooming about it. My day to day isn't much changed, and it'll be as it was. That's the kind of useful political separation that's good to have when you delve into this shit. I might vote in my local elections a bit more carefully this round, and probably against you guys. Because I made excuses for you for four years, and you go and do this. I have to recant most of those excuses now.

When things get slow, and right now there's not much new happening but the congresspeople flapping gums and promising comeuppance, I like to go at it. Scroll past or ignore me.
The only thing that's happened today is a crowd of protesters walked through a gate opened for them by police, loitered in a federal building they weren't legally permitted to be in (but was nonetheless was built to represent them), and then left as armed teams of SWAT and National Guard arrived to direct them someplace else. Not even an hour after they left those same people watched as political representatives (who also built careers meant to represent them) doubled-down on a bipartisan refusal to investigate ballot fraud... the very same controversial topic that led crowds of protesters to Washington DC in the first place. The protesters were called everything from goons to terrorists by these same people who, mere hours before, cowered beneath their congressional desks behind armed security guards who didn't hesitate to take the opportunity to shoot an unarmed civilian in the head.

Your post is a big, rambling mess of arrant hysterics over a boogeyman who has been amassing in the confines of your own skull for the better part of four years. Worst of all it's inaccurate. The likelihood of what happened today somehow "killing" populism or the values Donald Trump claims to support is virtually zero. There is no better way to vindicate a crowd of angry people than to do everything they fear directly in front of them. You will see worse than what happened today whether or not Donald Trump is around to see or support it. How fitting it accompanies the first week of a brand new decade.
I guess you didn't read the second part of the post, because that's exactly what I said you'd do. Don't type up a sturm if you don't want to read it.
I watched the stream, as did most people here. Your guys "walked through a gate opened for them by police" by surrounding the fucking cops, trying to pull them over barricades into a mob, and effectively making it clear that they were not going to be able to disperse a crowd. A crowd that was likely full of people concealed carrying. You rammed a fucking door in to get into the interior, and you clawed your way into the chambers to the point where an agent opened fire on the people trying to unlock the door. That's what I saw. That's what the world saw.

I also spent a lot of time reading those fucking court cases, looking over those videos, reviewing those affidavits, chasing the ballot tails -- very serious and important people like yourself didn't. You just listened to what people who were in your circle were saying. It wasn't just mockery you couldn't take; it was someone disagreeing with you or at all tarnishing your self-image as a WOKE patriot who saw and understood what was really going on.
I saw as you people convinced yourselves that literally every judge, every clerk, every election official, every attorney, at every level, in every state, and all of the federal courts, was in on a massive scheme to steal the election and create literally millions of votes which was so obvious and so clear and yet you couldn't explain it.

And you couldn't explain how a single vote got from a ballot into the system. And you couldn't explain how the legal process worked. And you couldn't explain why the trump team withheld video footage that they had which rendered their claims completely moot.

I saw you "free-thinkers" engaged in a hilariously gay religion, and I called you a faggot.

I agree, the liberals being hateful during riots the past few mo has- wait that's not what you mean?

"It's the liburrls being mean to us that made us storm the capital!!!"

Coincidence I think not.

The state controls the military. There won't be a repeat of the civil war where many high ranking officers and lower brass are more loyal their homes and families than to the state.
Yeah the moment the French royalty were fucked in the French Revolution was when the soldiers sent to stop the March to Versailles joined the peasants. When the police/nasty girls/military are sent to stop peaceful protesters and they decide to actually join them, then the state will have lost control.

I still think the libs and dems put way too much stock in some general military response to something like this. I can't imagine the grunts of the military are more likely to shoot conservative protesters than politicians. But what do I know.

I can't believe I am agreeing with Lindsay Graham. "They said 8,000 felons voted in Arizona. I asked for names. I got one. They said 100,000 people under 18 voted in Georgia. I asked for names. I got one"
So you admit there was voter fraud at last? 1 False vote is still 1 false vote

Its not because drumpf is out. its just that this country is going into its dark age in the life of empires. It was falling before he got to office.
Trump fucked it up even more, despite what you cultists think

So you admit there was voter fraud at last? 1 False vote is still 1 false vote
I am sure there was at least one fraudulent vote in the election. There's 360 million people in the US. But to think it cost your daddy the election is retarded. Also, whose alt are you?

The engine is ramping up already to use this to start clamping down on speech even more.

people really overblow how much combat training goes into being in the military.

like the military isnt made up of mostly infantry believe it or not.

and hell the military is in actuality so fat they have a deficit of special forces candidates IIRC
And most people don't realize one simple thing:

What's the best way to disable a tank/drone/Apache?

Shoot the mechanic (in Minecraft).

And the second greatest hit:

What's the difference between California's new rail system and your sister?

Black dudes can't ride the rail system.

Everyone who's posted that it won't be as easy as it is for the sand eaters because most of their country is a fucking moonscape full of donkeys, goats, and pedophiles, forget one simple thing: It's actually easier for the US military because their primary logistics providers are an ocean away and out of reach of some pissed off dude with a trunk full of surprise, unlike the US, where there's Minecraft bounties abound.

Not to mention that America is pretty goddamn fragile. I don't want Dear Leader to lose his shit or to post something that will actively get the Jannies involved or whoever has been assigned to watch my posting today freaking out, but whole sections of the US can be fucked over pretty goddamn easily by a trip to Wal-Mart and Lowe's.

But I don't want any of that here. I've seen what happens to nations that fall to civil war.

Water is the first to go. Cholera moves in and sets up camp, looking around and admiring herself before looking for people to go dancing with. Electricity follows, which means food becomes an issue, as well as medical. If Minecraft actions happen, the interstates go down next.

Nobody with half a brain wants that to happen.

It's much more fun laughing at shit and checking your bingo card than getting all excited and running out and doing something that tens of thousands of people are going to regret.
