Does anyone know who the guy who had to be thrown out because he was throwing a tantrum that Conor Lamb said that there were dangerous lies being spread and looked in their direction? I think that he spoke earlier, but I didn't remember who he was. I saw people running towards him (but the camera wasn't on him) so I wonder if he got violent.

They really seemed to have no plan. What would have happened if the congressmen hadn't been evacuated and the protestors stormed in and confronted the face to face? I remember arguing with A&N retards about Trump being nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. I told them that he was nominated by one meme politician in Norway who himself might be retarded and there was no way in hell that he would win. They genuinely thought he could win. After the shit show that Trump created now the meme politician backtracked really fucking hard so I guess the peace prize is of the table as well as the presidency.

Yeah, and it's not just that brand of idiot either. I've been sent a number of pictures of grandmas and awkward aunts who are posting that TEEFA was there, dressed up as boomers, storming on in, and Trump's good boys never so much as tried to haul a cop over a barricade. Some retard in that thread suggested that the cops freely let them waltz inside and they accidentally overturned some papers with their momentum. Now they all believe that the world's gonna end, the FEMA camps are coming, it's time for low-skill workers who are too good to get a trade to RISE UP!, etc etc in there. I've also seen people insisting that Trump impressed upon everyone to be peaceful, but I really don't remember him stressing that in his lonesome speech or in his tweets (in which he goaded them on further by insisting he didn't actually lose reeeeee)
Still, I like dipping into those threads for the sheer nonsense you can wring out. There's no better place to mock the fuck out of people freaking out because of things they have no control over, that won't affect them in the slightest, that are only this END OF THE WORLD because they're believe it is literally impossible for them to be wrong. They are desperate, desperate, to stave off having to thing for a microsecond about what this would all mean if they've been wrong and taken for a ride.
It'd completely destroy their self-image, and I really think that a lot of them - while correctly yelling at progressive losers who make their pronouns and retarded political takes and shitty fashion and consoomer tendencies the entire cornerstone of their "identity," it would be devastating to realize that they've done the same fucking thing for themselves. I really think it's the case; these people are so allergic to doing any research or learning fucking anything that I cannot understand the levels of cognitive dissonance in any other way. Trump is the identity that fills the walking voids of these doompillers, who will keep concocting evermore ways to preserve that self-image.

I genuinely think the man is at risk of being removed via impeachment or the 25th. There's momentum for it, and I've heard rumors that his cabinet is discussing it, as many of his staff quit in protest. They would be drafted tonight and published early tomorrow, probably announced after ~8/9am est.
If this man gets removed from the presidency, he will be the only one in all of US history to achieve that feat. Being removed during a lame duck period, with just two weeks to go until the turnover, would be the biggest humiliation in US history I can think of - even more than the white house being sacked in the war of 1812. He has no recourse if they begin those proceedings, because he has a very, very small number of friends left; those senators and reps know that they're not getting elected. And with Pence and Mitch both vehemently angry at this fucking dude... well, what've they got to lose? Mitch is old and is (in my opinion) the strongest US legislator in power currently. The dems will go along with the plan without a doubt, and he can pull strings. Pence's political fate lies entirely with where the GOP goes next; he won't win a popular election for being a traitor. There's no reason not to scorched earth, pull strings, crack the whip, and make history. Trump would go insane.

I've been thinking about this one, and I'm not so sure about it. I think you will see a lot of lone wolves, but I don't think you'll see much in the way of organized, targeted crime like the IRA got up to. The kinds of tech we have now weren't available to the IRA, obviously, but that's almost more of a hindrance -- these boomers have been fedposting on donald.win and twitter and facebook for days.

I enjoy mudslinging and getting people all worked up and heated up over this shit, and it seems like a LOT of these PROUD PATRIOTS have all the spine of a cattail, breaking immediately if you dare to insult them. As an aside, I believe the government really needs to not go after the vast majority of people who were protesting, even the ones that got into the building, less as an olive branch and more as a pressure release valve. They really believe they're more persecuted than anyone else on the planet (again, their self-image reinforced by looking only at mirror entities), and so if the feds come down hard on them, you'll see that radicalization spark sooner. The language of calling them insurrectionists and domestic terrorists and so-on won't help, but I know people won't drop it; the correct term in my eye is "dumb fucking retard." I think most of the people that stormed the Capitol had no idea why they were doing it and were caught up in the frenzy, and didn't intend to hurt anyone. Problem is, of course, they were meatshields for the people who... were.
