As I understood it, MGTOW at its purest isn't supposed to be a movement, but a coping mechanism. Think of it as the western equivalent of the Japanese herbivore men phenomenon. Why men would walk away from marriage or dating in general varies on an individual basis ranging from personal negative experience to preferring to learn from other men's mistakes rather than their own. With family courts, alimony and child support as they are and men becoming more and more socially "obsolete" as their traditional role as the protector and provider of women and children is increasingly usurped by the state, I can't shit too much on men who think of marriage as a game of Russian roulette or that they perceive that society at large is apathetic towards them all things concidered.

The closest thing to a "goal" they have is - as I understood - to outlast the current system until it collapses.

I always felt like the goal was to be more like monks or priests, someone like Antoni Gaudi or whoever that architect was, who grew up in a Catholic school and spent literally his entire life working on his works. Or the trappist monks, basically find some other thing or group to fill what would fill your social needs and shit like that.

The issue comes that the group they end up falling into, rather than monks or some weird travelling band of other outcasts or whatever romanticized bullshit they want it to seem like, they fall into a group of other people with nowhere to go or whatever to do and fit in with.

There is a WGTOW too, weirdly, and you would think its different, but from what I glanced at it (I only found it from boredly scanning somebodys reddit post hsitory) its oddly the same as MGTOW, its a forum where they get together and just gripe about men, women who arent GTOW (they call these pickmeishas), and women in general (I guess for being naive and not being ___pilled?). I think probably both of these forums do have general like "What are you guys up to, here's my project" type of discussions, but you only see them when theyre getting upset I guess.

But ultimately, I dont think its like one side or the other, its more like a societal or human one, where do the spillover people go -- in an age of automation you dont have like laborers or spinsters anymore.

I know families personally where the mother works and the father takes care of the children and the house. The rigid sex roles you'd like to enforce have little to no value.

I do too but this is an effect of feminists fighting for that to be less of an "emasculating" thing, this started relatively recently, in like the last 60 years. It exists BECAUSE that rigid structure was broken and women were allowed high paying jobs anyway.

In the spirit of new politics it's obvious that we need to stage a coup and take this terror site out of the hands of filthy woman worshipping Jew Null. Once we've established KF as the new MGTOW headquarters on the internet we can start fighting back against these fucking evil feminists. They have murdered 6 million men just in the past 5 years by forcing them all to commit suicide.

Brothers, once we have established our supremacy we must also make sure that the female menace never arises again. Abolishing divorce and lowering the age of consent to between 2 years old and 11 years old (whores over the age of 11 are used up and should be executed once they're done birthing boys) what do we do next? I'm thinking that we need to establish a propaganda center - Netflix is a good start as they were based enough to put on that movie Cuties, though of course all of the whores in that movie were too old to be proper wives.

It only takes a few minutes to use the search feature on this site to be able to tell that Null never even made a post about MGTOW on this website, let alone this thread. Can you point out any examples of him even mentioning it at any point?

I was confused until I saw your registration date, so lol. When OwO What's This? made that post archiving the journalist from Youtube Null made it a headline on the frontpage of the website as he is wont to do. If you read through the thread, even if it's only just starting from that particular post, then you'll see the discussion about it. I suppose if you really want to confirm you could DM Null directly and ask him if he ever put that post up on the frontpage back in April. But yes little child, it was there.

This is in the "Community Watch" board, and just because a couple of us are hitting back at overzealous anti-MGTOW doesn't mean the end goal here isn't documenting and laughing at MGTOW.

WGTOW is featured in that movie about the life of Beatrix Potter. They're all talking big game about how men suck, they don't need them, etc, then Beatrix buys into it and turns down a marriage offer as a result.
