I watched a playthrough back in the day by a YouTuber named "Kubz Scouts." You're correct. There's no graphic scenes of rape, it's just a quick explanation of what led up to it and then it gets into the actual game. You have to convince the girl to either get an abortion or keep the baby, and at the very end, it pulls a twist and she'll do the exact opposite of whatever you encouraged her to do.
That said, there's only two endings, so the only reason I could see there being 100 hours invested in that game is if, like someone said earlier in the thread, he replaced the game's files with an emulator as a gag on his friends. Caught up on the thread and wow, what a nothing burger. From the screen caps of their conversations that I've seen, she and Carson seem to have a mutual understanding of their feelings for each other. I'll admit I didn't read every line because he's cringe and a little weird. There are things that stand out as being really creepy when taken out of context though.

She is a teenager, and I don't place blame on her for acting cringey.
