A person who has literally never ridden a bicycle is covered in tattoos of bicycles. A person who speaks no Spanish is covered in mangled Spanish-ish phrases.

Let's leave out the part where the $$$ for this could have been a deposit and security on housing, because fuck Maslow's hierarchy of needs. It still is completely nonsensical.
 
I guess by a four finger-sized space he means a four fat exceptional individual finger-sized space.

Edit: I just checked the two people tagged, they actually don't seem like shit tattoo artists, but theres no pictures that would indicate they work in an actual studio, so I think @BlueArmedDevil is right on the money. Phil's still got crazy priorities though, most people do pay bills before planning tats.

Sonju is legit and works at a shop called Tattoo 13 (he may even own it I forget). His work is actually pretty nice, which makes it confusing why he also tattoos our dear Phillip. Annie Danger on the other hand doesn't seem like a professional tattoo artist and their portfolio is a bunch of terrible garbage tattoos that look like they are done by someone just learning the craft. (But she is trans so that's gotta be Phil's dream tattoo artist right there)
 
Now that Phil's precious arm real estate is almost completely taken up, this can only go one of three ways.
-Phil relaxes on the tattoos. The most important thing to him is that the tattoos are visible and in-your-face, literally wearing all his interests on his sleeve in lieu of any real personality or substance. If he can't easily show off the tattoos, he won't want them as much.
-He starts getting chest, body, and leg tattoos and showing those off on Facebook. Let's just say now might be a good time to pay Null so you can get those Horrifying ratings you always wanted.
-Neck/face tattoos
Considering ADF is an exceptional individual my money is on 2-3.

She told me she wants to wait for housing to get her legs done and when her arms are filled up and instead start buying the equipment for a bike. Yep. She's going to spend money on and haul around things like helmets, lights, pads, etc before she even has the bike.

She also told me she has a pet bike lock.

ADF is in the US, where you are free to follow whatever belief system you wish, and he's in San Francisco which is known as one of the most tolerant cities in the country, so no one would bat an eye. The problem would be when he inevitably changes his mind again. Muslims don't have a problem with people being other religions (most of the time) or converting to Islam, but apostasy (being a Muslim and leaving the faith) is traditionally punished by death. Since he makes drastic changes in his lifestyle, beliefs, and ideals seemingly on a whim, this isn't the best idea for him.

Especially considering that ISIS has recently made threats to people specifically residing in San Francisco.

Maslow's hierarchy of needs, like many paradigms, presumes that people are actually rational.

This is the primary failure of most philosophies.

On topic, I'm beginning to wonder if Phils ever going to life a finger to learn how to ride a bike or he's just gonna keep getting tattoos of them. Heck, he could easily buy one with the money he blows on tattoos.
 
If Phil rode a bike, he'd be in better shape. So no, he'll never do it. I don't think he's realized how much physical effort goes into riding a bike
