From Dream's standpoint you are correct. Paying off TeamRooted accomplishes little, but it is well established that Dream isn't the brightest bulb on the tree. For TeamRooted there is little downside to taking Dream's money. What would the point be for dream to bribe them so late ?
The story has already spread and has a thread on this forum. The address won’t go down from here at least. All the things that @TeamRooted said can be checked in due time and now has the period of drama elongated. Dream really is retarded when it comes to any negative publicity. The only thing that will match his meteoric rise will be his downfall.
Despite his belief that his fan base is carried by fanatics, you also need a more general crowd to sustain your growth. His “stans” are negative ambassadors to this growth. Among a mature audience, his reputation is being tainted quite bad with countless scandals.
Dreams online shop "Dreambranding" apparently accepts payments in cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. It might be worth checking what the various payment addresses are. If Dream controls these wallets he might have been stupid enough to pay TeamRooted from them (rather than his "private" ones. If this is the case we could check for large outbound payments that happened very recently since everything is recorded on the blockchain.I find it more likely that they got paid to say they lied/got misinformation.
Here's what we know. So far the information from the first dox has held up. He did in fact get SWATed, proving they had the right house. They had access to his full name from public records like his mortgage. And he does have connections to sites like doxbin, as their site's copy of the dox replaced his real name with the fake name "Clay Bryce". Dream not only has had the name 'Huff' blacklisted from his comments, but he's now had the information removed from the WayBack machine. Other details, like his background on MCPVP seem to hold up though we've yet to hear the specifics. So if im seeing this right , this entire dox may have been a nothing?

To not make you seem like you pulled the bitcoin information out of your ass, I made an archive of the merchandise site. [link] | [archive]Despite the store saying that they take bitcoin and applepay, they do not take bitcoin and applepay
Am prob a dumbass for asking
Yet he responded back when I asked again if they take bitcoin and apple pay with a different response
The info I got was from support (even asked why the icon was on the website)To not make you seem like you pulled the bitcoin information out of your ass, I made an archive of the merchandise site. [link] | [archive]
On the bottom of the website you can see small images of the various payment processors you can use to pay for their "products".

As you can see, there is a bitcoin payment icon which is viewable by opening the image in a new tab. In the URL, it even says it's a bitcoin image.

I don't know why they're lying about the bitcoin method, since it's on their own fucking website.
The only real evidence provided for the obese Dream claim is this censored image: https://archive.fo/Xr4Sm

It's hard to tell with the blurring, but it definitely looks like Dream is much broader in the shoulders than the scrawny twink depicted in the face reveal video. He definitely has some thunder thighs on him, too. The red in the face is notable too, and based on pics we've seen of his brother, I don't think that complexion runs in the family. You can also see that despite his apparent girth, the picture makes it look like he still has normal-ish skinny wrists and small hands. He might just have freakish fat distribution.
ETA: The longer I look at the hands, the bigger they look. I dunno.
To add to the Karl thing...Pretty sure it's not Dream. Bet it's an old photo of Karl when he had his hair dyed
Its hard to tell cause of the blur but the hairstyle looks very similar + the color is def the same as his, also the oversized clothes match
On some screenshots from google he has the same reddish complexion
If there's a chance that he is obese then I will laugh my ass off along with you and othersAfter reading through these last three pages I'm suing this site for whiplash
The idea of obese Dream is just too hilarious for me - some lard-ass sitting around playing Minecraft to get that teen girl attention while forcing his brother...his BROTHER....to act like him to keep up the illusion that he's the beautiful mysterious boyband twink that all the girls go wild for. Seeing as this guy is praised for "gaming the algorithm" it would be fantastic if he played into the illusion just to get more stans doing weird shit, which would lead to more popularity. He meticulously scripts his manhunt videos, I wouldn't doubt he would do something like make his poor little bro open PO box shit as he talks just to make it look like he has Anime Boy Wrists.
Please God let this be real, I want to see the aftermath of the stan empire once they find out their prettyboy is the compsci kid that makes them gag.
I think Dream's sub growth can be attributed very well to the fact that Minecraft is currently going through a renewal of interest period. Things like the aquatic update brought a lot of new players, myself included. The village and pillage update was another boon to the game as a whole, and the new cliffs and caves update coming in summer 2021 has people genuinely excited. A lot of minecraft YouTubers have seen insane subscriber growth as a result and people have been autistic enough to make youtube videos with moving graphs just to demonstrate it.I'm going to be a bit contrarian here. Dream's content in the context of Minecraft is actually both unique at the time and also entertaining. The Death Swap and modding the game in various dumb ways to try and complete it with his faggot friends was refreshing, it wasn't just another "let's play" type of boring crap. There's only one good channel that does "let's play", and it's Ethoslab. The rest are either boring or just suck.
Dream also made a name out of himself with that maximum jumping distance video, that was his first truly viral video I suppose.
I'm not sure about that PewDiePie seed thing. Did he get the same seed "randomly" and went viral? The chances of one getting two same seeds in one go is 1/(2^48 ), it's actually not that low if someone just does nothing but create a new world for 12 hours a day, I'm guessing maximum 1 year, the person will have 2 same seeds. This is similar to the "Birthday paradox", once you consider how many people are playing. Was Dream "lucky" and got the same seed as PewDiePie? It's not hard to fake, but by chance it's not that low.
His manhunt stuff is really fun. Is it scripted? Well, I'll be a bit contrarian again. I think there's a pretty general framework to it, but at large I think it's genuine. He uploaded the full footage of his previous VS 4 hunters video where he assraped his gay friends with a punch 2 bow. I think they do have a large framework to follow, we know there's rules such as Nether travelling and Portal trapping isn't allowed. The most recent one, he didn't even make it to a stronghold, got fucked by a dumb splash potion. That was lame. Definitely not scripted.
If anyone can just gain the algorithm and ride it, we'd be seeing far more vapid cunts with 10 million subscribers and be able to buy a nice house. The guy does have talent, he's also not a communist troon, too bad he's a cheating faggot and can't just concede. He will just become more and more popular, his infidelity and cheating niggery will just be a tiny footnote, but I probably won't be watching any of his new videos. If he conceded, none of this would have blown up.
Are his subscribers fake? I don't know how this stuff works and frankly I don't care enough to research it, despite this sort of actuarial autism being my field. What I do know is, his dumbcunt shit trends all the time which is both mind boggling and downright stupid. That's why I have a plugin called "calm twitter" that rids all the cancer trending shit. His fanbase is large enough and mostly stupid, I'm inclined to believe his followers are real.
He also created a circle of friends who grift and chase clout. It's like a human centipede, but in the form of grift and clout. This artificially enlarges his reach since people will think "oh shit look at these 4 other queers in his videos, each with over 2 million subscribers!" The full shit circle gains them more clout because YouTube will recommend their channels and in the description, or in the video, what do we have? Other channels ran by his faggot associates. This kind of shit applies everywhere. Luxury brands such as Gucci and Louis Vuitton will do collabs with punkass shitty youth brands such as "supreme" and "Tommy Hilfiger", it's all just a giant grift. People unaware of this incestry will be confused, why would a high end brand associate with some trash kid's brand?
Talent or not, he's still a gigantic faggot.

this looks like some shit a wannabe detective would do. Should be pretty obvious why he doesn't accept bitcoin. Bitcoin is really inconvenient and volatile and transferring it into liquid money is, at the moment, difficult and expensive with fees and deductions. Also the price of bitcoin fluctuates so much that someone who may have payed 0.01 bitcoin worth $10 yesterday would have only given $5 today due to the price drops. Bitcoin is just inconvenient and expensive for this type of thing, thats why many major retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart do not accept bitcoin. Also a majority of people don't know how it works or how to buy it so it doesn't make sense to open it up for that small portion of people that do.Dream uses Shopify as a payment processor to set up his merchandise store to work. I've checked the Shopify site to see if they allow other payment processors and they only allow known and verified ones. [link] | [archive]

You can notice the lack of a bitcoin option.
It could mean that the website at one point accepted bitcoin which was added externally. I don't know why it got pulled down but for some bizarre reason some traces of that still remain. Maybe because of the leaked Twitter conversation between Team Rooted and Dream where he confirms he uses bitcoin and has a bitcoin wallet? It's weird and funny that you design a brand new website and include a payment processor you can't even use.WayBackMachine archive of the site's first launch date as of the 16th of November 2020
