Oh! Oh! Good news on the Dollightful front! Some other fan was ahead of us and already downloaded it and put their reupload on YouTube!! The video probably isn't in as high a quality anymore, BUT, it's still here! I went ahead and downloaded the reupload, though there's some annoying few minutes at the end they "accidentally" added on that ask the viewer to subscribe but w/e, at least it's at the end and not mixed into the rest of the video.

AND, on the upside, the reupload has comments enabled AND a description!! What I find funny is how all of the comments are either "I'm Native American and I'm disappointed because it was my favorite doll," or "It's probably only white people getting upset."

For all the "people that got upset," did anyone ever see the people who told Dollightful it was offensive? Was any of that public, or was it secret mystery messages kept in private or something?

One thing I’ve noticed about these lolcow/SJW fan types is the natural progression many follow in their “fandom journey”.

It usually starts off with stuff from Disney and other shows/media that have threads on here. They have the shitty drawings, fan-fiction and all the things associated with “fandom”. Then it slowly progresses to “foreign media (aka non-American)” like anime and shows on the BBC, then finally they become full on K-Pop/K-Drama fans. Then eventually I’m guessing they grow out of everything altogether, with a few exceptions.

Or maybe I’m just cherrypicking?

You’re almost spot on, except I don’t think they like most things on BBC. If they’re Doctor Who fans, they’ll try to “blackwash” British characters who happen to look white, while changing the Doctor and his friends to gays and women.

Also, if they happen to be anime fans, they probably will only choose the only three popular anime that they watch and not watch ones that deal with topics that actually challenge their beliefs.
