Sorry, missed that one at first: No, they can't just retroactively remove his pardons; that would effectively be a double jeopardy. I'm not exactly a legal expert, but to the best of my knowledge, neither the judiciary nor legislative branches have any power to override or veto a Presidential Pardon, according to the U.S. Constitution.

You'd be better off asking someone like AnOminous, but I don't believe it can be done.

Honestly the fact he conceded and is helping the transition of power shows he knows he is fucked and he already said he won't go to the inauguration. He has all but admitted to Biden winning.

As for his upcoming impeachment, as I said in another thread it's likely to make sure he doesn't run for public office ever again. Personally, I think it's pointless but I can understand why since he was partially responsible for what happened on Wednesday by encouraging people to come protest at the capitol. I think about the only way it could be overturned would be if it's literally a pardon he can't grant. I don't think he could pardon himself. While I don't think there's a precedent for it, I think that's because it's so obvious he can't. He also can't pardon state cases, so if he tried to do that, I think that could be disregarded.
