Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

Its funny how she wants acceptance for being fat, filthy and unkempt but no dad bods or hairy balls. She’s not body positive or as sex positive as she pretends. Truth is she is basic Betty who pretends to be all the things she isn’t.
This is a pretty common trait of all HAES and FA women. They want to be loved for the kind, warm, funny, gentle soul they are on the inside and not have people call them obese and unable to wipe themselves.

But they demand a toned, handsome, manscaped hunk because society owes them.

That’s the venn diagram overlap with the male incels right there: “if you don’t ignore my unattractive looks and instead love me for who i am on the inside, you’re a shallow fuck! BUT I need a good-looking, attractive and fit partner, because I just caaaan’t be attracted to ugly or overweight people! I deserve a hottie!”

Did anyone catch the part of the live earlier when she said that it will be a long, hard road but she can’t wait to have abs?
I totally realize that she will never lose any significant weight, but IF she ever did
I would be consoled with the long, loose skin drooping everywhere, Just look at SHPL and see what happens. To some more than others, but for sure that gunt of hers will deflate like a cheap balloon and be saggin' down to her cankles. Her arms will look like albino bat wings, and her chin...well, I really cannot imagine that.

Mea culpa.

Chantal is the one that broke up with Bibi-

We all know it went more or less like this :

The Behemoth : *farts*
The Behemoth : Wow that one smells like your leftover pizza!
Bibi : *grumbles*
The Behemoth : It's strong enough for you to want to leave and never come back! Tee-hee!
Bibi : Well now that you're bringing up the subject of dumping you...

See. It was entirely her idea.

ETA not to double post :

Girl should read about diastasis recti.

I can’t. She is too dumb. I feel my brain getting smoother with each minute I watch of her content. I don’t even think she is trolling à la Amberlynn. I think she’s genuinely this dense.

Talking with her about fitness and nutrition is like talking about the advantages of functional programming with an elderly African tribesman. She just doesn’t get it. Like at all.

This woman lost over 300 lbs (which is realistically around what Chinny needs to lose)

If (that's a big if) Chantal was referred to a therapist & dietician from her doctor, they would have her medical records.
No one blindly starts treating someone over a phone.

Unless she's calling that BetterHelp place Amber was hawking a while back.

They would know she's over 400 pounds & what serious medical issues she has. A dietician would pull together a meal plan based on her records, not what she tells them in a 15 minute phone call. They would know exactly what she should be eating & portion sizes would be noted.
Getting her on track immediately with a meal plan is their job.
What Chantal is talking about is fantasy.

Actually there's more to it than that. I study nutrition & dietetics, and while you might assume a dietician just comes up with a mealplan and that's it, there's more to it.

Ofcourse I'm not Canadian so dieticians in Canada might be different, but where I live, we focus on psychology aswel.

Persuading a person to change, helping them stay on course and knowing how to push them back if they relapse into old habits is part of a dieticians job too, although not the main focus

What we learn is that we follow the "stages of change" model, which describes every part of a person's "journey" from overweight to healthy weight, and how to steer them in each phase.

She's still bullshitting though, but I do believe there's more to dieticians than just "here's your meal plan bro", since we learn much more than just nutrition. And you're correct that a dietician would atleast come up with a mealplan ASAP, but giving a mealplan to a person who doesn't have the motivation to change is pointless, so part of the study is about the psychology behind unhealthy eating and how to help them mentally to get them in the right mindset.

Which is part of why you have multiple meetings with the dieticians - if they just came up with a meal plan, then why meet them again? Take the mealplan and leave it at that. The multiple meetings is to go over their days, did they follow the diet? No? Why not? And how can we make sure it goes right this time?

To answer the dietician question; the title REGISTERED dieticians involves a Bachelor's degree in foods & nutrition from an accredited university AND a period of supervised practice. The profession is regulated by the College of Dieticians of Ontario. Any stray dog can call themselves a nutritionist. If you're hiring one, (private practice), the smart thing is to ask for their proof of qualification & license. Here in Ottawa, the Public Health department maintains an exhaustive list of registered private practitioners & many private health insurers cover that.

I looked at their list & there's a pleasantly surprising range of practice covering nutritional education & help for all manner of issues. Most importantly relating to Chantal, TONS do diabetes, weight management & cardiac health & many combine all of those.

Chantal mentioned she's only had 1 fifteen minute phone call - I'd call it more 'touching base' & she said the first full consult would get into medical history & diet issues; collecting that crucial background info on Chantal. I expect it's after the first or second such full appointment Chantal will either stop talking about her dietician or flat out bail.

The therapist she mentions, (important to note), is into the behavioral aspects of eating & that's vital for long term success but realistically at this stage, Chantal needs to make drastic changes in what/when/how much she eats in order to stop or limit further damage. In short, just do what she's told immediately & work on the 'why' over the longer term.

None of which is going to happen or continue to happen if it ever gets going,

In the USA we have some crackpot nutritionists who try to make everyone vegan, ayurvedic, or similar shit, and then we have licensed, experienced professionals who will get your medical records with your consent, measure your body fat percentage, check your metabolic rate by measuring the content of your exhalations at rest, and check what medications you're on (example: don't tell client on a statin to eat grapefruits). Such people have their qualifications displayed for you to check and are accepted by most insurance plans at some limited level, usually just 6 visits a year.

I'm still thinking that what I said earlier is true: Either there is no one at all, or she found some HAES charlatan on Instagram. The common first step for legit practitioners is to have you honestly record everything you eat and drink for a month and then analyze it with you. They'll tell fat people what foods are filling and high in nutrition and will explain different kinds of dietary fat and what are reasonable quantities thereof. Someone like Chantal definitely needs to know those things asap. A nebulous theory like "not demonizing any food" will not keep Chantal out of the grave. Watching her say these idiotic things about what her approach is and what this nutritionist is supposedly telling her is just so clown world. Also how is any legit practitioner going to believe that Chantal ever restricts, if they have her medical records and know how fat she is, and what the absolute state of her liver is? It's not logical for Chantal to expect anyone to believe this.

Chins will lie about what she eats, so a food diary wouldn't be helpful. This girl does not want to lose weight or stop what she's doing. Her health dictates it must be done, her body is getting more and more uncomfortable and sick, but she still doesn't want to do it even knowing she must. Hence the lies.

Anybody who treats her should watch many of her videos. I suspect she tells most people about them as that is the only thing she has to be ”proud” of. That's the best way a dietician/nutritionist/therapist would understand that she's not doing what she should and never will. But they’d have to sit through a full cycle.

How many professionals have the time and inclination to sit through enough of her videos? She can be persuasive for those who have zero knowledge, so they’d have to watch a few.

We Kiwi’s have a twisted weird sense of humor turned hobby so we watch. No normie who is supposed to help her will want to do it or they'll know that they are wasting their time.

Then she’ll be in Catch 22. The ones who watch her will discover it's an impossible task and will give up; the ones who don't won't understand how dishonest she is and how she has no intentions of changing, and won't be able to help her.

(They’ll all find out eventually but Chantel can put on a show at first and somebody might believe she truly wants help.)

It's all speculation because I don't believe she has any professionals who are helping her. My guess is her doctor told her she had The Sugar, made an appointment for her to go back and get meds and sit through whatever educational video they have, and she never showed up. Doctors don't bother chasing down patients so her next visit will be in the ER.

Or Coroner’s office.

Chantal wants to lose weight, she just wants somebody to lose it for her. She's already excused herself from doing any of the work.

She can't:
-Go on a regular diet because restricting in general, or restricting specific categories of food upsets her "eating disorder"
-Exercise, because vertigo, depression, ocd, whatever
-Find a hobby because everything requires food ("I can't watch horror movies w/o my snacks")
-Follow a doctors orders because of her self-approved defiance issues

If we really tried to make a list, it would go on for pages. There's absolutely no diet that fits into her narrow limits of what she's willing to do. She can't even stick to pills that will do the willpower for her. Even if she had her jaw wired shut, she'd just drink big mac sauce through a straw.

There's no hope for her. Which I guess is fine because she says that life without being a glutton isn't a life worth living. She's living bite to bite. If she doesn't want a longer, healthier or what normal, healthy people would consider a fulfilling life, we can't want it for her.

Unless I'm getting this crazy bitches timeline all wrong, (I suppose at this time the box pick up had already happened) their house is already full of boxes again. I honestly don't even know how Chins can circulate in that living room given her size.

Much luxury. She’s really living that influencer lifestyle.
Such class and glamour chez Chantal!

So what advice is this therapist giving her? It sounds like "don't change a thing." (Telling Chantal to eat intuitively is a recipe for disaster.) I wonder if the therapist is a hamplanet too.

P.S. Shout to @Marf for capping the rant, given how quickly she took it down.
The therapist is a hamplanet 🤣🤣🤣👏👏👏

Yeah, that's definitely a "salad in a pita" not deep-fried falafel, cheese, and a bunch of creamy sauces wrapped in sugar filled pita bread. She's so fucking delusional.

Rate me MATI, but this fucking video really made me want to smack the smug look off of her face.
lol fuck call me an idiot but I was reading this and glancing at the image, and going, "Wait where's the pita image?" I genuinely thought that this was an image of another video where she's showing a cross section of a Chipotle burrito or something. Ive had some overstuffed fajitas and texmex type shit where they look more like burritos, but never seen a pita that round. I figure the pita would rip in half! Admittedly I havent eaten that many pitas, and not really any authentic ones, but Im still having trouble believing that isnt a burrito, that looks way too much like a tortilla wrapping it.
